To all the Gents out there who have no clue on how to buy flowers you guys need to connect with Nancy in the flower shop! She was fantastic in advising and putting this bouquet together for me to give to my wife. It's very difficult to find customer service like this anymore so I appreciated her help. Fivestars thanks to Nancy in the flower shop.

Amy in the meat/pier department always provides outstanding customer service. She's extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

A great place for your family to pick an amazing variety of really good apples, sweet , tart, soft, hard, sweet corn, fudge, Andes is the best, delicious hot dogs , corn maze, fall mums or visit the store and pick up some apple cider donuts, honey or picked apples, the staff is friendly and will guide you to the best apple experience, dont miss this fall fun delight

Your cashier (Tara, I think) was trying VERY hard to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of by a scammer. Her kindness and concern are the sign of a very good employee.

Jewel is always nostalgic for me - a blast from my childhood past! Back when the sign was written in cursive... This particular store is immaculate. It's set up quite sensibly and the variety of products is wonderful! I don't shop at Jewel Osco anymore because it's just too darn expensive, but there are some staples we can still only find (and trust) here so when we need those things, here we are!

I told one of the cashiers here that I hate this place. She very nicely responded, "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." Then I continued to tell her it was because they have such a large variety of groceries that I spend way too much time trying to decide what to buy!! Lol!🤣
Since that last post(above), nothing much has changed. The shelves are always well stocked!(which can be a problem.....more items to buy when I came in the store to buy just one thing!!🛍)The staff are still friendly! 🙂

This Jewel location is amazing. Quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had Rocco help me and he was the nicest and most helpful worker I have ever encountered at a store. Give Rocco a raise because he deserves it!

They have human checkers and baggers! They helped unload And put the bags in my cart!
Very pleasant employees. Anthony is Amazing! The ladies in customer service also friendly and efficient.

The store is clean, well lit and smelled like the chicken they were frying. The aisles seemed close together and there were many products displayed at the ends of each row. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Newly updated and looking nice! I've tried the grocery pickup and it's so convenient. They have all my favorite brands. Great sales every week! The bakery made us a nice graduation cake in the middle of the pandemic when no personalized cakes were available anywhere!! So thank you for that bakery staff!!

Great service and many flowers at great price for Mothers day!! Quick check out as well. Love how when making special request with the florist I am able to bring in my own vase and they put together a beautiful display!

Best place for shopping online and picking up groceries when they are ready. Everyone who works at the Yorkville location has been friendly and wonderful customer service representatives!

Is very accommodating pharmacy here. Knowing I was in pain after a tooth extraction was very quick getting my Pain medicine for me. Is very personable and caring...

The florist department did our boutonnieres for our wedding and they were so easy to work with. Everyone was very friendly and they looked great when we picked them up. I even forgot to order someone's and they made one for me the moment I mentioned it at pick up. Highly recommend for any flower service!

Awsome store lots of choices of meats , cheeses, vegetables, fruits, and basically all other food needs . Clean store , and helpful employees, a nice visit and good buys

Lots of great deals great staff especially Love Osco, awesome staff bith inside and drive through, they go above and beyond, very very helpful!

We love this Jewel, great staff, everyone is helpful. Store is clean, has a Starbucks inside. Masks are optional, and no one harrases you or makes you feel uncomfortable. Great environment.

Typical grocery store with a good variety except for the funny and entertaining cashier, Dante at the Yorkville, Illinois location. He was also quick and efficient and galvanized the other staff to bring me the quarters he needed to give me change. He would not give up even thought I told him not to worry about changing my $5 bill after we waited a while. Best Jewel experience ever. Wish they were this fun and friendly at my Jewel.
