I have had other companies that I saw ring my door bell and then sit in their truck not performing service.
Although I did not answer my door I am able to see what is being done while they are there.

Ryan has been great and definitely makes me feel more calm about the fact that we have mice in our basement (I’m pretty high anxiety…) Another company really tried to scare me into panic buying from them, so I appreciate his approach even more after that experience. I’m sure the mouse issue will get resolved, but know it’ll take a little time. He’s really thorough when looking for ways the mice are getting inside.

They took my call on a Sunday. They came out as soon as they could Tuesday to remove a giant hornet nest. Our tech Jonathan was great and even took the time to walk the exterior of the house and noticed and removed another small nest that was forming. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Wesley was professional, courteous, and efficient. He inspected the premises thoroughly suggesting additional actions to take on the outside to prevent mice from entering inside. He also gave us some helpful tips to prevent future infestations. We are very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

First time using Pointe Pest Control. Kevin was diligent and informative. Quickly identified possible issues and put solutions together for a mice problem. Offered additional advice on prevention a homeowner can do on their own. Will have to wait until the next visit in a few weeks to see if problem is fully solved.
