Kohl's

I was shopping today 1/27/24. When I got to the register, I felt sorry for the girl as she was the only one on and it was intermittently busy. She was pleasant to everyone on line that came up to her. I saw her name was Linda. I think she was an assist. manager. So very nice and I being a constant customer since you opened. She was telling me about the sales, and other things no one ever told me about. I thanked her for her attention to the customers and made my shopping trip very comfortable. Thanks to her.

Today 1/9 about 4:45P Shane at Amazon returns helped me - what a nice young man, he went over & above in customer service & I walked out of your store very happy. He is an asset to kohls. I wish I had his last name so he’d get recognition

Didn't have what I was looking for from what I saw, asked an employee in the men's section, her name is Victoria, she was very helpful took us around to where they should b but didn't have then went on to advise where to go, besides that was very kind funny and sweet. The store was closing soon and knew she was busy but she continued to b helpful while she had clothes in her arms to hang back up. Loved her and would definitely go back just because of her pleasant friendly vibe. Very grateful for her and kohl's should b grateful too! Pleasant shopping experience

At checkout tonight at Kohl's (East Setauket) I had a very friendly and patient associate who helped me understand Kohl's cash and coupons and how they applied to my purchase. Her name was Danielle S. and when I come across some one like her I like to give a great review. Excellent, helpful service that I really appreciated!

I was greeted when I came into the store by Patty M who is also the person who checked me out at the register, very polite, very helpful, and being a Man in the shopping situation. I felt white at home.

Elena at the east Setauket Sephora in this Kohls gave me by far the best product experience I've ever had.
She reccomended a product cleanser, serum, moisturizers that yruly helped me and I have yet to have a product breakout since. She truly listened and knows her stuff.
I go to her now whenever I'm there and she is amazing.

The cashier at the service desk that helped me was pleasant and friendly! That is something I appreciate very much. She represents Kohl’s very well. She could train other employees on how to treat customers!

I have nothing but good things to say about the help at the E. Setauket store. One associate helped me locate and check the price of the vacuum I was looking for; then she brought over a shopping wagon for me when she realized I was not done shopping. I got just the vacuum I was looking for and was able to use my 40% Mystery Coupon yesterday! Thank you, Danielle, for your assistance!

Kohl's is ok not much of anything it's made in America and that's sad. The sales are good their inventory is well stocked and the store is clean. A couple workers are rude but retail will do that to you

I had to correct some of an online order . The 2 ladies in customer service were outstanding. Line moved very fast. An associate in the lady's department went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Thank you for such friendly, helpful employees. I will from now on go directly to the Setauket Kohl's. I will NEVER order from Kohl's on line.
