BJ's Wholesale Club

Our curbside service was great today. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the lovely lady who not only bought out our TV but helped me figure out why I couldn't check in. I hope she has the best Christmas!

East Setauket is our favorite BJ's for several reasons. It's clean and generally well stocked. I find clothes I can't find anywhere else. Billy, the manager is great! He listens well & is so helpful. Billy helped me with a problem people at another BJ's could not figure out how to help me with. The customer service people are on top of things, including Megan. I think they work as a team because they care about the store, their customers and each others. It makes a difference. The cashiers are genuinely helpful. I was tired after work today and dropped something, felt a little stupid. Cashier 489512 didn't miss a beat and actually wanted to be helpful. THANK YOU!!

Here you can buy your daily household needs in bulk that works out cheaper. Also they have coupon discount offers on various products. So you can save additionally. We go there for their Wellesley Farm organic milk, organic bananas, bread, cheese, coconut water, vegetables, household bulk needs, various coffee flavours that you can grind on the spot. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Bill in the tire department is awesome! So helpful and kind! I will be coming again because of him!

It’s the best place to shop

Jo at the Optical area at Bjs in Setauket was very helpful. She showed me many eyeglass frames and I found one I love at a great price. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

BJ's Wholesale Club is not just a big box warehouse, it has every staple a family would need ! Whether it's for grocery shopping , a new entertainment center, or a bite to eat at the bakery. BJ's has it covered !

We have been shopping this location for years since moving here.
This particular location is run much better than several I have shopped on Long Island.
The staff is great, they have been amazing throughout the pandemic and they always go above and beyond if a customer has a need !

This BJs is awesome. They are well stocked and the staff is professional and courteous. Justin went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the purchase of a speaker. Through troubleshooting, he had the ability to find the issue and fix it infix it onsite !He is a real asset to this corporation.

This is not my normal BJs location but I wish it was! Not only do they have quite a few manned cash registers, the also offer a few lanes of self scan. But what I loved most was the 10 items or less, scan in cart lane! You don't have to lift a thing! Just grab the gun and start scanning the items in your cart! Fantastic!!

People over there are amazing. I enjoy shopping at this branch

Made a quick stop over here. After each customer was done scanning and paying for their products, there was an employee wiping down the station. It was just a little thing, but I thought it was great for staff to do during this time.

I have been to Costco and BJ's (Berkley Jensen). As I remember, only BJ's has a fresh slicing deli. My 5 stars are for 3 Berkley Jensen foods from the deli and nearby open chilled case. Their top round Pastrami and Roast Beef are freshly sliced and exceptional. Just make sure you're not getting the end. A newly opened package sliced for you is best. At $6.99 lb, there is no better quality deal around. The Berkley Jensen Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon and Norwegian Smoked Salmon have incredible flavor. They are vacuum packed, pre sliced, cooked and ready to eat. The Nova Scotia lox is slightly saltier. The 16 oz and 20 oz packages are around $18lb. I have never tasted better smoked salmon anywhere and it usually costs $30lb and up. Groupon has been discounting annual BJ memberships starting at $25.

BJ's Wholesale has a great selection of products with customer service that is wonderful. This BJ'S Wholesale location is perfect for both quick and longer shopping trips. I recommend this BJ'S Wholesale to everyone that wants an excellent shopping experience.
