Jen from the Patchogue store is now manager here. She is a great manager hard working very professional. At her Patchogue store she had a problem with one guy who was a customer he was way to friendly and talkative. One night it was me and Jen I used to work at the Patchogue store. Jen said I'll hit you in the face I was so proud of her I told her what you do outside is nobody's business 😉😜 I heard she was able to settle her differences with him if so good for her. This location was really nice, it's fairly new but there were a lot of staff on the floor, a couple I interacted with were very friendly & helpful, which I've found most businesses in general, these days are sorley missing. it was also clean, & isles were pretty clear even though some were being packed out. Lots of registers, although only 2 or 3 open, didn't seem to be an issue & I really had no wait to check out. Great cashier! Hope it stays that way. I'll shop here!

The store is clean and quite large. There's a huge selection of items, and some things they had surprised me. Great prices as well. Also very friendly and helpful employees.

I stop here almost every day after work and somedays before work. They have some good stuff and it is clean but the equipment at check out never functions properly. They promise a tap to pay service which I think is cool. If I forgot my card one day at another store I could use my Google pay or android pay to tap and pay, however this particular family dollar doesn't allow that option but it advertises it. It is operating with improperly working equipment. One time a manager or supervisor actually had the nerve to blame me for trying to use a service they offer. Do better family Dollar/ Dollar tree on old town rd. DO BETTER FAMILY DOLLAR.
