One of the nicest buying experiences I’ve ever had. My salesman, Jake, who is incredibly informative handled everything during the whole buying process, with professional ease. Amanda, my F and I person was extremely professional got me the best rate within minutes of my purchase with no hassle. Benny the sales manager made sure to give me the best price for my trade and complete the entire transaction within a couple of hours . Justin, my Tech guy had me driving in 15 yeah minutes. Conclusion, one of the best dealerships that I’ve had the fortunate privilege to purchase from. I highly recommend them. amazing enough I liked the crew at Habberstadt so much that I went back and purchased another vehicle a couple days ago. The BMW M4 competition X drive convertible .

We went away from BMW for a few years, but happily returned last year. Recently brought my BMW in for its first annual service. Everyone in the service department was welcoming and helpful. Got my car back after service and everything was handle as they said it would be. Missed that type of service. Truly recommend Habberstad BMW!

Being an out-of-state buyer (3hrs+ away), I was hesitant to even attempt initiating a remote transaction as I have had horror story experiences in the past, even in person. Man..... what a breath of fresh air my entire experience was. I interacted with I think a total of 6-7 people, all of whom excelled and made the experience one to remember.

Bari, the representative who fielded my initial phone inquiry, which led to the sale of a '24 X7 M60i, is a TRUE ASSET to your business and brand. From sending me photos, videos, being extremely attentive and answering any of my questions, he stands out among the ranks as being one the best. I'm sure the last thing most representatives in any sales-oriented position want to do is field questions from some random person, whose intent and seriousness is hard to gauge over the phone. From our first interaction, Bari made me feel welcome and valued, and guided me all the way through to a sale. His product knowledge, personality, and great attitude made a repeat customer, out of what could have been an empty phone call.

Faith in the finance department was also a true pleasure to work with. Out-of-state, remote transactions add that much difficulty to any purchase. Faith kept me in the loop every step of the way and worked hard to secure and finalize the details of my sale.

And lastly, but certainly not least - Nick. Nick showed us all the ins-and-outs of our vehicle, from head to toe. He's cheerful, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about all the tech and functionality in these vehicles. With as many models as BMW has, it is a feat in itself to be able to instruct new buyers as well as he does without missing a beat.

I rarely write reviews for anything, but this experience compelled me to say something. Bari, along with his excellent team around him, made me a forever customer, and gave me a memorable experience from beginning to end. 11/10. Thanks again guys! Roller skates!

I recently brought my 2020 X1 in for maintenance service. The experience was smooth, friendly, professional and as promised. Peter met with me first and we discussed what I needed to take care of right away . I had also requested a courtesy vehicle and it was ready and waiting for me. The ease of paying the invoice online made pick up later that day so easy! And the video from of the work that was done including tire rotation was a great touch. Overall, I’d say the experience was excellent.

This is now my third M car from this dealership with Demetri and I have a funny feeling there will be many more to follow. I love this dealership and the experience that I get when I go there. At this point they are family. The Habberstad family never misses the mark.

I had the best experience buying my BMW I8 from Habberstad BMW. I worked with Areidy Orlando who was so pleasant and helpful. I bought this car without testing it and had it shipped. Areidy assured me that it was showroom perfect and drove like a dream. I had a little bit of a problem with the transportation side of things but Areidy and the Habberstad team were quick to make things right. The car is exactly what was listed, was showroom perfect, and drives like a dream. I'm in love with this car!!! I took a chance buying it the way I did but I would highly recommend putting your faith in these BMW experts and trusting them with their words. I will shop with them again. Realized a little late my car was coming off lease and Jake, albeit new, made it a seamless, painless, effortless process over text and phone. He has the intellectual wherewithal of a seasoned professional and will be buying from Habberstead again….so long as he is there.
