We are a loyal Toyota family and recently made the leap to the truck community. Despite it being very hard to find the specific Toyota Tacoma we were looking for Empire Toyota made it their mission to help us out. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and they didn’t try to sell me on a different vehicle. They accommodated my needs. The car itself was in amazing condition.

The service provided by David Solis was very thorough and most definitely appreciated. He was by our side every step of the way, keeping us updated. He was very attentive and professional which was appreciated. Additionally thank you to Larry in the Finance department for being honest and not trying to sell us on anything we didn’t need. Overall a great experience at Empire Toyota, such a friendly & easygoing staff. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Meza & Justin in the finance department who made getting my 2024 Corolla such a smooth purchase! I came into Huntington Toyota looking to purchase a GR86. I worked with a young man named Sham, a young woman named Shantall, and a man named Justin. I can’t begin to express how wonderful Sham and Shantall were; they listened to every little detail and made the car appear before my eyes exactly as I wanted it. I wanted to take advantage of the newly introduced federal rebate of up to $4,000 for purchasers of a PRE-OWNED electric vehicle, and as a plug-in hybrid, the Prius Prime qualifies.
Most Toyota dealers I spoke with were unaware of the program, and were unwilling to work with us on registering for it. Empire Toyota was the exception, and I was fortunate to find they had a pre-owned Prius Prime that I wanted.
They did their research, and confirmed they would be willing to register their dealership for the program.
My wife and I therefore drove the 60 miles or so to their dealership, viewed and test-drove the vehicle, and went to contract same day.
The sales rep Jordan was very helpful, and the finance manager Larry put in a lot of work to ensure the rebate was fully in place. Their effort impressed me especially because the likelihood is that we would not be repeat customers.
The facility is clean, airy, and welcoming, and I have no hesitation recommending the entire team as a pleasure to work with. Well done!
