Great location - in the shopping center with Home Goods - on Nesconset Highway. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I got a great deal on my upgrade, added a new line and still ended up saving money on my account!! I give them five stars and recommend everyone to go to this store for great deals on At&t plans & services!!

Zain and Huz are my saviors! I came in with a broken phone 3 hours before I had to leave for the airport. They helped me set up a new replacement phone and helped me keep the cost of my monthly bill the same. They were kind, informative, and beyond helpful. I’d gone to two different stores before hand and hit a dead end. Will always, always go to them first from now on. Highly recommend!

The sales rep Jessica was absolutely AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond for us (after a terrible experience at another location) She understood our situation and catered to it. Not only was she so understanding but she went the extra mile of clearly explaining everything. From the moment we came in she was so nice and stayed with us 100% of the way. This will be the location we will be going from now on! Save the headache and come here and get it done right!!!!

My mother was due for an updated. Carlos made the process smooth from picking the new phone to transferring the information. He even helped my mother connect her phone to her cars Bluetooth! Highly recommend!!

Best experience I’ve had so far in a cell phone store. Tendon and Emma were super professional and were able to get me a new phone AND lower my bill! They transferred my contacts and photos for me as well.

I visited with an old android phone that had been giving me problems. After some discussion I decided to purchase a very basic i-phone. The young man who helped me, Justin, is perhaps the most patient person I have ever met. This type of phone was totally unfamiliar to me but he helped me with every basic step. At one point I had to leave for an appointment but said I would return later. He actually delayed his lunch break in order to be there when I returned. I am very grateful for his patience and kindness. Will come back to this store as long as Justin is there.

Brought in my bare-bones flip phone whose voicemail function seems to have been set up wrong at another store (in another state). Kristopher, the young man on duty, patiently investigated, contacted customer support, and resolved the problem to my full satisfaction. It took a while to figure out what the problem was, and he was cheerful and helpful throughout. I will definitely return here when I need to upgrade to a new phone.

Had an experience that exceeded my expectations! We were helped by Junaid who was patient, polite and extremely knowledgeable about everything, from the plans and promotions that ATT has on offer, to the details that one needs to know when upgrading and switching out phones.

The process of changing a phone is usually a really stressful one however, Junaid changed that! Thankyou!

My experience at this store went smooth and I am very satisfied with the professionalism among the representatives at this store. I went in to get an upgrade and walked out with a first responder discount, I wasn't aware about. The representatives taking the initiative to save me money is an attitude that should be shared among all retail store representatives.

Carlos is a Great manager , He had a answer for every Question i had i was there on iphone pre order and Carlos was handeling 4 customers at a Time Talked to each one of us Made sure we all knew that He was there for us This is what Managers should be like Thank you Again Carlos for all your Help , You were amazing and thank you for putting Cartoons for my kids

Was at the store the evening on Friday, December 20th. Very glad I chose this day to go because I had to of the most extremely patient helpful polite individuals helped me to do what I needed to do, Stephane and Tenzin. I recommend if you go, go when these two are working. 👍👍
