Joe Tully is an excellent customer service representative at Mercedes-Benz Huntington. My SUV had an issue with the trunk and he not only explained everything very thoroughly but also made every effort possible to get it resolved. Upon the car service diagnostics being available, Joe explained the options I had and with his help I chose the appropriate one. I was looking to buy GLE and have a good deal at the MB of Huntington. I am an out-of-town customer and contacted Christine over the phone and email a few times before making the trip down to Huntington. Christine was helpful and provided all the information about the vehicle before my trip. Once I arrived at the dealership, the whole team was very professional, making my first Benz purchase easy and joyful. We are delighted with the vehicle and will look for MB of Huntington and contact Christine for future purchases.

As for the automated scheduling system? GARBAGE. I scheduled appointment on Dec25. I received multiple Confirmations via text & email. Thus TWO cars of us drove to the appointment...got completely stood up. Place was empty.
Made 2nd appointment ONLINE (again- Joe & Vincent are great!! - the SYSTEM IS BROKEN!)--> chose option for loaner car, so I could do business during service. There was no loaner car....

If the online scheduling system was my wife, I'd serve her divorce papers.
This system is a very quick way to lose business.

Excellent Customer Service. Tom Aveni helped us through the buying process, it was smooth and very detailed. Gave us a lot of options and helped us pick the right car. Processing was fast and timely. All in all 5 star service from the entire team.

He explained the issues of my car very clearly so that I was able to understand the complex issues involved in the repair. The video of the mechanic explaining the problems with my car and what needs to be repaired was also very helpful.

Johnnie was awesome ! Very thorough with explaining different models and took the time to educate me and show me different cars. I already had a Mercedes lease and the whole process of transitioning into a new car was made easy. The entire staff, from sales to financing, had a lot of patience and were very detailed . Tom was wonderful. My tire was losing air, he fit me in right away and my car was put on the lift within a few minutes. It took time to find the leak but he kept me updated until they finally found it. He made sure a new tire was put on. The best part was Tom kept me updated the whole time I was waiting and made a point of fitting me in right away

From start to finish it was a pleasure purchasing from Mercedes Benz of Huntington. Steve and Wahid went through great lengths to find a SUV for me with all the options and in the color I wanted.
