We were very pleased with our new salesman Miguel De la Cruz, he did everything to make the deal work out. My wife and I walked out with a new car the day after a snowstorm. We even forgot our 2nd key and Miguel called me the next day and gave it to me. We also were pleased with Shane who prepped the car for us and gave us the training on how to use all the extras. Yesterday I drove off the lot with my 2024 Camry V6 XSE after lots of hard work from Steve Gonzalez. I’ve been waiting for this car since November and through out the entire process he was informative, quick to respond and met with me several times to address my wants and needs. My husband and I were shopping all week for a vehicle. We wanted to test drive a Toyota 4 runner before making a decision . Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander from Sunrise Toyota. Overall experience was pleasant, smooth and transparent. Called Tom Case to inquire if they had the HybridMax Platinum trim in stock that is currently very hard to get. Tom went above and beyond to help me secure the car I want and was honest and transparent through it all. He was fair with his offer for my trade-in and made the entire buying process as hassle free as possible. I highly recommend calling Tom if you are in the market for a new Toyota.

My husband and I had a great experience at Sunrise Toyota. Orlando was a very good salesman. Not pushy at all. We went and test drove some used vehicles, told him what we were looking for and left. He called a few days later as he had more inventory. We went back to test drive a 2021 Toyota Venza with low miles and left with that vehicle and also a 2019 Toyota Tacoma with only 19,000 miles on it. Both vehicles were in mint condition and had great warranties. We were not even expecting to leave with one vehicle that day, let alone 2, but here we are. And, all right before Christmas. Needless to say, we are very happy with our purchases and the experience at Sunrise Toyota. They were very professional and attentive. The process could not have been easier. Would definitely recommend them.

At first I was indecisive, I knew I needed a vehicle but I wasn’t sure which one I was going to purchase. Mr Erik Williams was very informative, he was also very patient with me and with all of my questions, he never made me feel uncomfortable. I definitely recommend Mr Williams, he wasn’t pushy, he didn’t stress me about the finances, I told him I had a loan from my credit union and he respected my not wanting to talk with the in-house Toyota finance department, nothing against their services, I was pressed for time and couldn’t sit with them. He took my wants and needs into consideration and did a great job narrowing down options that worked around my budget. Best overall vehicle purchase experience from initial contact to delivery day! Kevin Bouza our. sales rep was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all questions for me even on his day off via txt. The delivery was smooth as can be. Kevin explained all of the vehicles features and functions 100%. The final step was with financing and Mark I believe his name is, was great as well. All of our terms where clearly explained and they kept their word on our original negotiated pricing. It was really refreshing to deal with such a top notch dealership for a change.
