Loved goin to this store after work but I think your cashiers are getting slower. What happened to packing the groceries after being scanned? Your cashiers are handling the groceries twice and they have no idea how to bag them. My 2nd review since it's not letting me post. Do deli associates stop waiting on customers after 4??? While waiting to be waited on, associate continued to make, wrap n bring out product to display case stood rite next me but totally ignored me. He went back to his station, picked up the rest of his stuff and went to the other side of the deli and continued working. WTH??? I left.

Went to the new remodel tops today, outstanding The staff is more friendlier specially, in the deli Quinn was outstanding helpful. He also works in the meat department.

Very Nice employees the store is always organized and stocked full. Also deli makes a delicious fish fry on Fridays

The prices are always reasonable and affordable and if you're on a fixed budget it really helps. I am very sad to hear Tops maybe closing there doors which will leave me or should I say force me to shop at Wegmans I'm not a fan of. So before you close the door please consider all the people who will loose out

This is a great grocery store. They have an excellent variety, including International Foods. Fresh produce and meats. You can even grab a cup of coffee. It is handicap-accessible, and the staff is super accommodating. If you can't find something, they will actually walking to the product instead of just pointing and telling you an aisle number. It is genuinely one of the better Tops Markets in the area.

Haille(sp), was the embodiment of compassion and helpfulness today. I owed an additional 74 cents. She had it covered. She helped my gf with her merchandise at her checkout. Positive experience.

The meat department in Canandaigua has been stellar cutting up meat for beef jerky and for every other need that my family and I have had. Everyone from the initial person taking my phone call to the meat cutters have been very courteous and professional each and every time. They go above and beyond for every need. We have always been treated very well from all the employees at the Canandaigua store. That is the reason why we stay loyal to this store. We sincerely appreciate the great customer service. Keep up the great work everyone!

Our experience with self-scanning tonight would have been a nightmare without an employee named Justin who has to work until 7 a.m. and was patient, kind and had a great personality! Our experience could have been " we're leaving, this scanning thing is ridiculous" if it wasn't for Justin and his patients we would have walked out! So.... as I'm known to say what's on my mind I do believe that Justin sincerely deserves a raise of some sort. My five star rating is because of Justin

Last shopping trip store employee who were stocking in freezer section was very helpful and even asked me if I needed help. There were a couple other employees that were also asking if I need help. I was suprised bc usually no employees even look at you afraid you may need their help!

Busy day at Tops! Still managed to get in and out in under 20 mins! The Uscan attendant handled my raincheck easily. Great job!

They will do anything if you ask. Produce is way better then many of its competitors especially wal mart.

Tops is a great way to save on your shopping. Free to get the bonus card and I strongly suggest you do.

It's clean, it's friendly, and it has donuts! Though by 10am the donuts are pretty well picked over, so go early!
