I had an amazing experience with this dealership 3 years ago, and this time was no different! I called the day before and was able to get an appointment next day with sales rep Dennis. They provide excellent customer service. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Dennis and other staff helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. Along with my experience with the sales department, I also highly highly recommend the service department as well!!

The vehicle I purchased wasn’t in top condition. They agreed to fix those issues right away. I found another issue ( among other smaller issues I could fix on my own) they weren’t willing to fix. I was finally able to speak with Corinne who was really helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure this was fixed and I was happy. I will update to more stars one the piece is fixed.

Overall my experience buying a car from West Herr was great. Ryan in particular was very responsive in updating me when my car was coming and what I would still need. He answered all my questions. When my car did arrive he made sure everything was ready so that it was a quick in and out event. My only complaint would be they should change transporters as my car took far longer than the estimated date. I was told 45 days as a max but it actually took at least 65. Otherwise it was a good experience. I plan to buy my next vehicle from them. They are much more transparent, honest and friendly than any other dealership I have gone to so far.

Brian Scorsone at West Herr Honda was amazing! Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, down to earth and not pushy. He let us come to our decision while giving us the best deal he could! It took us about a month to check within 100 mile radius at numerous other dealerships and we still chose West Herr even though we had to drive an hour and a half-mainly because of Brian. Everyone at the dealership was great and we love our new Honda Pilot !!
