Jessica the business manager handled the financial process super straight forward with no gimmicks or odd fees. I’ve loved this service center ever since our car broke down and they saved us as we were traveling through New York. Now that I live in this area, I continue to take my car in there because the people are friendly, the service is exceptional and I feel safe and secure with their work. Yes, their prices are a sometimes higher, but that is completely offset by taking me to and from work or home during my service period at no charge! Love it!!

We were worried that our 2010 was experiencing transmission problems so contacted Van Bortel Victor that was able to help us. Thankfully it was not the transmission but a wheel bearing which they replaced. While our car was in the shop we were provided with a beautiful new Outback to use as a loaner. It was luxurious and a delight to drive. Everyone at the dealership treated us with courtesy and professionalism. We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. FANTASTIC.

I had a standard service at Van Bortel Subaru of Victor. This time, like other times, I was totally satisfied with the service. I left my car and used a rental car while my car was getting serviced. $10 a day for a rental is very reasonable and convenient. The best dealer service I have ever experienced.
