I ordered my new truck from Maguire Ford last year when orders were first opened. They made sure that I got the exact truck I wanted and was fortunate to get one of the first in the country. Steve Casperson is a straight shooter and made sure all my expectations were met. Great experience.

Bought my 22 F150 Platinum site unseen from 500 miles away. Glen was an awesome salesman and helped me with the purchase. He even picked me up at the airport in my new truck.

Our dealer Jim was friendly, helpful, informative and GREGARIOUS!! We enjoyed the process, and felt no question or concern was taken lightly. He adequately explained the pros and cons of extended warranties so we made an informed decision and he took care of insurance, and registration so there were no last minute hitches.

Ordered my brand new 2024 Stealth Performance Expedition Limited at Maguire. Sales staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few days of my car being delivered they were able to evaluate my current vehicle for a trade (A very fair trade deal I may add) and finalize the paperwork for my new vehicle. Was able to pickup my new Expedition the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the sales and service. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealer. I love my new Expedition! I brought my truck in for a few service items that needed to be addressed along with some standard maintenance including brakes, oil change, and state inspection. The service team did an excellent job not only taking accountability for a past error but also providing recommended service, notifying me of possible service items that may need to take place, all without an ounce of pressure. Turns out the items they told me might have needed replacement did not which they could have easily done and charged me for. And to top it off, when I picked up my truck it was cleaned top to bottom inside and out. (Which was a tall order due to the mess my two golden retrievers create in the back seat on the regular!) Best experience I've had in a long time. Keep up the great work!

Always great service! Service writers were great at explaining everything to me . Got my truck back in a timely manner . The technician (Kyle ) did all the service I asked for and my truck was returned clean and in excellent condition.

Had an oil change and warranty item taken care of in the service department. Was greeted with a courteous and friendly service writer. I went to the lounge waiting area which was clean and had complimentary coffee and small snacks. Service was done quickly and i overall had a good experience. A++

I had my oil changed, tire rotation and replaced rear brakes. Always a great service experience with the team! They got me in quickly, communicated well and even washed my car as an added bonus!

No pressure sales!!! Chris (salesman) was awesome. General Mgr was super also and made the deal!!! In a year or two when we trade our other truck in we will be returning to them!

Everyone at Maguire Ford of Canandaigua is super friendly especially my salesperson who first greeted me, Glen Purdy. He took me right to the vehicle I was interested and we drove off. I appreciated the fact that he did not have me sit down right when I got there and spend 20 minutes going through all these questions while looking at their website together (which I already did at home), etc. He got right to the point and while I was test driving we talked about my must haves and limitations. By the time we pulled back into the dealership we were ready to talk numbers. Glen was honest and didn't try to know all the answers. I don't know anyone personally who loves car shopping and Glen made it fun and really worked to get me everything I wanted. I was going to be picking up my new vehicle on a day when Glen was out for a personal appt but he still made calls that morning so that I was able to get it when I wanted it! Glen had Jim help me during pick up day and he was wonderful as well. Thank you guys so much! I will definitely go back there for our next vehicle!!!!

Mark, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he also wasn't a high pressure salesman. He was very efficient with the paperwork and overall process.

Needed service for a company trip the next day. They squeezed me in within an hour of my phone call and I was out within two. Thank you for being responsive and willing to help by taking on the work. So many places would have told me they couldn't get to me for another week. Great Job Maguire!

These guys are the BEST! My wife and I have been taking her Ford Explorer here for years. They always find the issue right away, fix it up and have it ready to go the same day. Super easy to work with and get things scheduled. Often even take payment over the phone so we can do an after hours pickup or drop off since our schedule is super busy.

Amazingly quick and friendly. I had a general idea of what I was looking for and they put me in the exact car I was describing. It fits me perfect, got a fair value for my trade in and didn’t have to go to the DMV or run around doing paperwork, it only took a few hours to get everything set up and ready. I’ve never been happier.

Great tire purchase & installation experience. In and out under 2 hours for 4 tires ordered ahead, mounted & aligned. Friendly folks & good waiting area. Recommended.
