I had prior service before the Garber change. I've had life changing health issues to contend with so service has been vital to me for multiple Dr's appts. I did alot of research beforehand but everyone was very friendly and showed they cared about me as an individual and not just a buyer. I was provided multiple options by both Joe and Connor which helped me choose the best vehicle for me. A+ Service.

Both phone and e-mail communication with Jay Sherman were good and then we worked with Joe Coyle at the dealership- he was pleasant and great at answering questions (and was patient with our 4 year old!). I can’t remember the business office man’s name, but he also kept things smooth and easy. It was our least stressful car-buying experience to date.

Our salesman, Rick Case, made this an easy problem free experience. This is the second truck we have purchased from him and will continue to give him our business when we are ready to buy future vehicles.

I am glad warranty covered the replacement. Over $800 for part and labor to change a wheel bearing is over priced in my opinion. It should have been half or more less than that. This is why I buy my own parts and have a smaller mechanic shop do the work.

Glenn was absolutely fantastic. He provided excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in a professional and courageous manner.

Loved our salesman Charles Webb. He kept me informed when my car was coming. He checked constantly. Then when it came in he got us setup right away. He explained everything in detail and even showed my husband everything. He answer all questions and is still helping. Very professional? Smiled the whole time. I think he was even more excited for us than we were. He explained all model and came up with the right one for us. He was perfectly right about the one we got. So happy.
