Very personable and quick to address any concerns. Was absolutely lovely to my 2 year old son who happily explored around while we did the work we had to do. Having snacks available was also great as it kept my son pacified, and was beneficial to me while we waited to get work done. If you ever have a problem, do reach out to the General Manager, Iric. He and his team handled all of my concerns with grace, integrity, and compassion. I intend to stay with Nissan Canandaigua as long as I stay within the area as I grew up with Nissan, but also because I know I am in good company.

The gentleman who checks people in at the desk in the garage is absolutely wonderful (sorry, I can't remember his name, but he has waited on me previously and was awesome then too!). He is a great asset to your business! There hasn't been one person who works for your dealership that has been rude, moody or approachable. Infact, an older lady who was waiting on her cars recall update had a nice chat with an office specialist about electric cars as we waited. When I got into my car to leave, the young lady and gentlemen who washed it had big smiles on their faces and waved as I left. I recommend your dealership to everyone! Let everyone know to keep up the great work!!!

While walking, we saw a new 2023 Frontier, so we scheduled a test drive for the next day. Upon entering the showroom, we were pleasantly greeted by our Salesman, Chase Mulhern, who indicated that he'd be happy to prepare the truck for a test drive. A newer 2024 model was on display in the showroom, so we took time to ask questions and look over the vehicle. After a quick test drive in the 2023, we decided to purchase the newer model because it had additional features, and we were on our way to making our purchase. We worked with not only Chase, but the general manager, Iric Klapper, who answered all of our questions about a purchase, financing, and add on protections. During the wait, in a very pleasant and clean showroom, we were offered refreshments numerous times. We note that the restrooms were also very clean. Once our financing was secured, Allan Friedman, the F&I Manager, explained all of the warranty information and helped us decide on an extended warranty. Overall, what was originally planned as just a test drive, ended up being a fair trade for our existing truck. a pleasant, no-pressure purchase experience, and we left with the new vehicle the same day.

Everything about my experience was great! Ryan sold me a 2017 Nissan Rogue. He was very welcoming and friendly. Matt (manager) and Phil (finance) were wonderful as well. They all were very helpful and made sure I understood what I was getting into. They also helped answer any questions I had. Will definitely recommend. Thanks so much Vision Nissan!

I would just like to thank everyone at Vision Nissan Canandaigua for their amazing customer service. I went in for my 5:30 appt with Kurt to finalize the sale of my 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. I was in a horrible head on car accident with the Ford Ranger I had previously purchased in September. I only had that truck for two months. Kurt, my salesman that helped me from the very start was AMAZING!!! Beth was amazing, very sweet and helped Kurt while he was finishing up with another customer, so we weren't behind. They ALL stayed until 10:00pm until the purchase of my vehicle was completed. They made what could have turned into a bad situation at some other dealerships... A GREAT EXPERIENCE! The General Manager even gave me his PERSONAL number in case I had any issues, or questions relating to the truck or the purchase of the truck. That was THE FIRST TIME a GENERAL MANAGER reached out to give me his personal number! I also was given an AMAZING DEAL on the truck...I priced other places, and NO ONE wanted to beat their offer! That is how good the experience was! I would recommend Vision Nissan Canandaigua to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Again, I would like to thank Kurt, and everyone else that made this a memorable experience. I will never forget it!!! I would also like to add to this review. I have had the Frontier for two weeks now. I ended up having a problem with the lender that was chosen due to Five Star Bank's policy. My father has Macular Degeneration and does not have a valid driver's license, but has a valid NY State ID. So, they wouldn't participate in the purchase of the vehicle. I went back and worked with Scott, and Irik and because of the inconvenience they made the problem right. They worked with me, and I couldn't have been happier. They took partial responsibility for what had happened, and I commend them for that. I also had a sensor come on, and I was worried something was wrong. The manager of the service dept hooked the truck up and showed the printout saying there were no codes displayed. He even explained the technology to me and why it did what it did. If everything continues to go smoothly, I will be a future customer. If you are in need for a new vehicle...PLEASE ask for Kurt (salesman), Scott (finance manager), Irik, (general manager) as well as the manager of the service dept. Those four right there KNOW how to listen and make their customers HAPPY! I hope that this is seen by their bosses because they all need the recognition, because it is easy for the bad news to spread. How often are people recognized for the work they do and going over and above for their customers? Not very often, so I hope the right people see this because those four need to be recognized by Nissan themselves!

Very impressed! A service manager removed all the snow when we picked up the car. We’re in our 80’s. Then he walked my wife to the car. Very helpful! A gentleman!

Just picked up 2022 Frontier Pro-4X yesterday. Was met by Big John in the lot and he was knowledgeable on all aspects of the truck. I was not planning on purchasing yesterday but John was a straight shooter and asked me what I expected for a trade-in and price of the truck. In little time we were able to make a deal and I was out of there with a new truck. After having a disappointing lot experience last year at another Vision lot I was a bit skeptical coming in. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My sales guy (Tyler) was very knowledge and great. General manager even helped with purchase. The whole team was awesome!!! Phil explained every detail during the paperwork. I feel like I had a great experience and will be coming back for my next car !

Everything was great got a 2023 nissian altima and it was a really nice car, Matt was a real cool guy, helped alot when trying to find the exact car i wanted.Phil was a real sociable guy talked to the guy for hours while we waited, as well as going through all the best policy advantages with the car, and last but not least Megan,the backbone of the whole place, she was dealing with everthing while training someone with a new system on top with a bad back and still nailed everything. All and all great place and great people.
