Finger Lakes Hotel

I am writing against what "Your Name" has written. I have been here for 4.5 years. I live right next door to these guys. Never had a problem with anyone here, until they showed up. The only banging they hear is the banging they do constantly. I can't even vacuum my floor without them banging. I don't hear anything but their banging and door slamming. Everyone other than them keep to themselves. In accordance with the lease, noise ordinance hours are 7am to 11pm. They harass the manager, they harass the mainatance man, and other neighbors including us. This place has been peaceful for us otherwise. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Was quite pleased with the latest stay at this property. The property is undergoing many renovations (which have been needed for a long time). The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and everything in the room worked properly. The refrigerator and microwave were welcomed additions. The staff was VERY helpful and accommodating! Our 2 cats traveling with us were welcome (the $10 pet charge was fine by me). Furnishings in the room were somewhat sparse, but think that's due to the work in progress. One of the few places left where you can actually get a smoking room. Considering that this was a smoking room, found that you wouldn't have known that upon arrival (that's how clean the room was!). Price was reasonable. It's not a 5 star property (and does not claim to be), but it is a diamond in the rough. With a little more work it will reach it's full potential. Will definitely be going back here in the future!

What is lacked in eye appeal is definitely made up in service and atmosphere.
The food is awesome, the staff is welcoming, dedicated, and accommodating.

Our balcony room had a great view, and convenient amenities including a mini fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker.
With shuttle service for concerts and events.

I really appreciate the staff. They are sincere and they really work hard to ensure that you stay is memorable. The Restaurant has a variety of great tasty dishes. I would definitely recommend that you visit on a Wednesday for their Karaoke. The DJ knows his stuff and he is very entertaining. Though they are situated in a slow pace quaint town, they have activities lined up to keep you interested and engaged. Thank you to the entire staff for making it a fantastic experience for my family

This place is a little gem. This hotel bar used to be a real dive a few years ago, but whomever took over the place has made some real improvements. The girls who were working the bar were super nice and right on top of stuff. The food, however, was the real treat. I was not expecting anything spectacular from a hotel bar. I should have. A couple of buddies and I split a pizza and it might have been the best pizza I've had this year!

I needed a cheap place to stay. I'll admit it. And while the entrance was tricky (pull over at reception, then they will give you directions to drive your room) the motel itself was lovely. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a little bar/resteraunt complete with pool table. The food was good. The drink was strong but tasty. It was much more enjoyable than the price would suggest.

Very lovely hotel for a weekend getaway, or if you’re staying multiple nights. Located just off the thruway at the top of the hill, this hotel offers stunning views! The restaurant was outstanding, everything I ordered was delicious and prices are reasonable! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the top floor for the high ceilings and the outstanding view! The rooms also come with a refrigerator and microwave. Don’t go expecting a 5 star hotel... but it definitely met my standers. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Nice old modernized hotel. Had various name changes but a cute place right off thruway. Has lounge and pool.

We booked our wedding here so I feel like I have to give 5 stars... but in all honesty, since the new owners took over they are completely redoing the place and it's looking fantastic. Staff is always helpful. We booked a room for a night for a different event and the stay was great.

Great retro hotel that's being renovated. Imagine a 1960s hotel on a hilltop with a long defunct airstrip. This place was a quiet getaway for decades. Now being updated its just off exit 44 on the Thruway. Great bar, large banquet spaces and outdoor areas.

I attended a wedding in October and it was beautiful! The service was held on a deck overlooking a gorgeous forest of changing leaves. The weather was brisk but comfortable. We had the reception in their hall and had a great time.

My fiance and I went there recently and I was blown away by this hidden gem. The service was great, plenty of amenities right on the property, with beautiful views out of the balcony of our room. We will definitely be coming back there

Very large property, room had a balcony with a view (sort of). Guy who greeted us was so nice, showed us the room and made sure it had everything we needed. Very beautiful space!

Attended a friends' wedding there. It was lovely. The ceremony was done on the outside deck area overlooking a beautiful countryside and magnificent sunset. The reception was held on their banquet room. Excellent waitstaff.

The place has been renovated and it looks amazing! Easy to get to, beautiful entrance with manicured foliage, great rooms and very friendly staff!
We only stayed for a night and when we saw the prices online, we are expecting some kind of a budget motel but it's a great place to stay! Very clean and great amenities. Would highly recommend!

As we found with all 4 motels we used on our vacation, the room we had was well kept, clean and orderly with a relaxing view overlooking the green, tree covered, wooded area to the east. Entering the driveway one night it was exciting to see a wild Grey Fox, one of the two foxes that live in the area, trotting along and looking straight at us. Our whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We also dealt directly with the owner on a credit card issue and found him very understanding and helpful. His attitude was one of cooperation and concern for our satisfaction. We plan on returning to the area in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Ok all you ppl need to check this place out. I travel for a living. When I first came here I walked in to the room and it was clean. The beds were cozy and clean. I know it needs work in some areas but you can clearly see that the management is doing improvements. After I checked in I went to the bar area and they had everything I needed. The bar is fantastic! The food is out of this world. The cook makes the best prime rib steaks and everything on the menu is amazing. The bartends (Jackie, Chelsey) Rocked it! The patio is amazing!!! They have a new stage set up and have great karaoke, live bands and a pool to swim in while you listen to the band. I have to say this place was one of the best places I've stayed. If you are closed minded and done want to have fun,well this place is not for you. For me I say A+ !!! I met some amazing ppl here. I was sad to leave. Miss the great staff and new friends I have made. Tks everyone. 👍🏼

This hotel is hidden treasure!!! Went here for a wedding recently and the food was absolutely amazing and the ballroom was gorgeous and wide open!! I had no problems from booking my room (which was clean and had a comfortable bed) to checking out the next day, it went seamlessly. I plan on going back just for the food!!

Very clean, and Beautiful! And even a little secluded up on the hills! Amazing views of the mountains so beautifull expecially out of the balcony Witch a lot of the rooms have !, and awesome outdoor pool with a stage and patio area to relax pool side and listen to music live as well as a tiki bar right at the pool and sports bar and grill with darts and play pool ! Also great place to have a event like wedding ! Last night during our stay there was a wedding here they even have a wedding and event planning it was soo beautiful ! Staff is great friendly nice, easy to deal with and will l try to accommodate your needs as best they can I asked for a check out extention becasue i didn't have to be somewhere for a few hours and they said absolutely no fight ! Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Even have smoke ing and non smoking even with my room directly next to the pool and stage with live using bands playing loudly as well as bar right next to it with music and games playing it wasn't to loud in the room as long as balcony is closed a they played they I'll nearly 2 am but I enjoyed it so I kept balcony open go listen to the great music! I will deff. Be back again real soon! Also the best part it offers so much so beautifull plenty to do and keep u busy and relax and clean and great staff and it's still priced well! I only paid like 80$ for a huge room with two big queen beds with balcony and mountain view out the balcony window! WiFi,parking, breakfast , pool , live music stage ,patio and all included ! Loved it

Wonderful! We arrived way early but they were understanding and got our suite ready for us quickly as we were traveling with a 2 yr old and a 92 yr old! Very nice and friendly folks! Room clean, pool clean, food excellent and fast!
