Update: RUDE employee! It was about 2 minutes before closing and I was just looking at the jewelry real quick and was informed that I needed to hurry because the registers were going to close down in 2 minutes. I am a customer in their spending money and if you don't want my money I'll take it elsewhere.

This was my Mom's favorite store. We use to go to Ross once a week, weather we needed to or not. 😂 She always had to try on clothes. Sometimes she didn't buy anything, but she enjoyed it. We would be in the store for hours...ok it seemed like hours.
I love all the products they offer and definitely have to check the clearance racks/shelves.
I haven't been in the store for a while, it brought back happy memories.
I needed panties, I can always find my size and great prices. I came out of the store spending $60. My husband said, "Dayum, those are some expensive panties" 😂 I told him, "Well... I also got coffee, cleaning supplies, utensils and toiletries. 🙄

Good Customer service, fitting room is clean and tidy. The prices are fair

This is my far the cleanest and most put together Ross I have ever seen, and I have shopped in quite a few of them. The selections and prices were wonderful also. Well done, managers & staff!

Went to buy Christmas presents today,and found 2 blouses for myself in clarence Isle, 5.99 saved money.

Ross is a go to store for me, this one isn’t the biggest but very clean an neat.

This is one of the more peaceful Ross I have been to on a weekend and I loved it. The cashier was sweet, welcoming, and pleasant to checkout with. There is also a good selection of items. I kinda wish they had more stuff for midsize to larger dogs.

This store is a smaller one , but it's still Ross... name brands for less.

Went got what I want and 2 additional items which I'm rather smitten with. Lace neon orange 🍊 colored blouse love for summer and neon yellow bathing suit.

One of my favorite places for bargains. They usually have awesome garden decorations for the yard. Due to limited cashiers, one has to have patience in a long line. Shopping there is worth it especially during the mornings hours.

Theresa attending dressing rooms was very helpful and kind. She is no pushover either. She stuck to the Ross policy and kept her cool. Joanne cashier very nice and patient. Will be shopping here more! Very clean store with great deals for all the family!

Just went in with daughter to assist in picking out a rug. The staff was very friendly, store stock was of good quality. I had some things on my wishlist and found them there at a good price. Nice selection of ladies wallets, which was what I was looking for. The location in a strip mall, meant there was plenty of parking.

Great customer service guys keep it up

This Ross is the best I've ever been in. For guys it has a huge selection of stuff I want. Jeans,shorts,sport shirts,sox sunglasses,caps.
Shoe selection could be better,but they're all hit or miss on shoes.
And the cashiers are really sweet.

I just love Ross. I'm a shirt freak and I always want to buy every shirt. I could never find pants that truly fit me since I'm 4'11 but there's something for everyone.

I looooooove Ross! Unlike other places, I can literally go in and find either something I was looking for or be surprised to walk out with something that would go great in my home. I love their pricing better than other places and it is always packed with super helpful nice employees. If you are looking for a special piece to fill your home or life, at a reasonable price, Ross is the way to go!

For a Ross and compared to other stores like Ross this is definitely one of the best overall in choices and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the staff is always miserable looking and sounding. But that part seems true at other locations. Corporate should approve higher pay, these folks work hard.

I come to this Ross fairly often and would just like to give recognition to the employee Jenina. I purposefully looked at her nametag today so that I could write this. She is very sweet and helpful. She deserves recognition and I hope this finds it's way to her! Thank you, Jenina!

I'm here now, they are a little under staffed but other than that they have deals galore. I got my son converse for 30 bucks, they are regularly 65 bucks!!! Steal. Home decor section is nice as well. Very Clean and organized.

I had a chance to shop at this store on Austin Highway. First observation: clean and friendly even the security guard was nice. I enjoyed shopping there. I always shop at ROSS and this particular store was absolutely well organized. Thumb up!
