Lorin was the absolute BEST ! she was able to get me taken care of and I was able to get into a new iPhone , tablet and Apple watch and the service was next to none . She is an absolute gem ! If you need someone who is knowledgeable and willing to put in the work then she is the best . Go check them out . You will not be disappointed. She has a customer for LIFE with me ! Thanks again . I was apprehensive about buying a new phone in the store due to the hassle of up-selling and the wait in a busy store. My husband and I worked with Adam and Kayle. They were able to navigate through the customers quickly while giving all customers 100% of their attention and meeting all the needs of each customer. We were in and out in no time. Kayle was able to answer all our questions on how the new iPhones compare to each other which helped us make our decision. She also realized my name on my account was my maidan name and offered to update my account to my married name. This was our first time at this location and will be back for our upgrades and phone accessories. Thanks for being a great help during the stressful holiday season.

Went to purchase a new phone, and help with another phone. Everyone at this location were professional, thorough, and went the extra mile to help, and helped us in saving money on our monthly cellular costs. Darren and Lenora are the best and I’d rate them both as 10/10… Thankful for the pleasant experience

I went to this store after being given the run around from 3 other stores and trying to handle it via customer service and loyalty. I’m so thankful Adam, Kaylee and Lenora was able to help me during a very frustrating time of trying to return a phone after I upgraded. A prior store wouldn’t help me and wanted me to drive 40 mins away for a label but I called and they couldn’t help me. I live in Bardstown ky I’ll drive to this store now every time to get my Att needs fixed

Good customer service from the employees at this location. I just hate that every time I have a problem it takes 2 to 3 days to resolve nothing to do with the employees in the store more to do with AT&T sucks and we’re stuck with them because they’re the best part of the sucks.
