James was so wonderful! He was so patient while we ran into issues hunting down a set of keys and was incredibly efficient with the job! Additionally, he explained the issues thoroughly so we feel very confident with our repair and additional steps that need to be taken. 10/10!

Dauenhauer Plumbing sent Frank Vasquez on the same day a late phone call was made about the issue. He arrived when he said he would, had called to tell us he was on his way, explained the problem and gave us a quote. He returned the next day, explained everything he was doing and completed the job. He was pleasant, making sure we understood everything he was doing. This put us at ease as he made the repair, made sure it was working to our specifications. All in all he was a great representative for Dauenhauer, we will keep them as our go to plumbing repair business.

Kane was great. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Trouble shot my problem , Assured me it was a quick fix, Very professional, And he left the work area spotless. I will request him personally for any future plumbing needs.

I ordered a new toilet from Lowes that when the installer came to put in something was wrong and they couldn't install. Called Dauenhauer and within 2 hours they were here, fixed the issue and installed the new toilet (I only have one bathroom so it really was an emergency to get it done today!) The two guys were professional and fantastic! I truly appreciated them getting the job done as quickly as they did!!

Great service! Austin Duff is very knowledgeable and he provided great communication about what was needed and why. Job was completed in just a few hours and I couldn't be more pleased. He is a good worker who is friendly and very helpful! Highly recommend Dauenhauer Plumbing!

Jason was very prompt on arrival, listened to my concern and then got to work immediately. Jason found several items that needed to be addressed, offered a clear explanation and quote. The work was approved and Jason competed it properly. Thank you for your help with getting out heating system back in order. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but the lady was wonderful and very informative! I'm so grateful for Dauenhauer because they were THE ONLY plumbing company that would not only come same day, but were willing to come in freezing weather as long as they felt safe. My 66yr old Father was nearly in tears over another company canceling on him and trying to reschedule for a week later so we are very happy with the service and attention we received! The technician Colby Murphy, was friendly, informative, got to us within an hour, and even helped us make sure we had the right parts for the job so that it didn't have to be rescheduled! I highly recommend this company to anyone for their HVAC and plumbing needs. As far as the price goes, they're VERY comparable to all the other places we looked at, with MUCH better customer service. And timing!! Thank you guys so much! You saved the day(:

Everything was excellent, I was given a time frame for the service call and advise us that I would receive a call prior to service appointment. That happened and Jacob the serviceman call before arrival. He was very nice and knowledgeable of our problem and took care of it in a timely matter. Very satisfied with the my call to Dauenhauer to make the appointment and Jacob the serviceman. Thanks for solving our problem.

Nelson arrived promptly and got straight to work. Gave me a detailed estimate and did a tough job in good time. This is a 100 yr old house and resolving our problem required some creative thinking. Nelson figured out a solution and got us going in short order. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

Jacob Wells excelled at fixing an interior wall plumbing leak. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He took great care in explaining everything and making sure that everything was in satisfactory order and repair. What a valuable employee Dauenhauer has!

David Boston was great. He showed up (two times in a row) with all the professional and friendly vibes…and he seemed knowledgeable about plumbing stuff for sure (bc he fixed my allegedly perplexing issue). Perfect, right!?! Yep. I hope any time I need some plumbing support I’m able to request David. He gets the job done and makes it clear that solving your problem is his main concern. I have to recommend Dauenhauer based on my solid experience with David.

Tommy was very polite and informative. He quickly determined the problem with my toilet and took care of it quickly. I would feel comfortable having him come back if I have future problems.

Nick did a great job dealing with this old house. He installed a whole house water filtering system and a recirculation pump, all in just a few hours. Cleaned up the work areas before leaving. Great Job

Neil is an awesome technician! He came in and did a thorough check on both of my ACs from top to bottom. And while looking at the units outside. He noticed my dryer vent was full and recommended I get it serviced. Even though it wasn’t why he was called out. He popped the cover off and cleaned it for us. It’s the level of care and attention to detail. Neil is also the one who fixed our unit last year. So it’s not just the care and attention to detail, it’s a familiar face who gives us the comfort that it’s being taken care of. We like Neil!!! He’s good people.

Can’t say enough good about the company and Andrew. They were courteous. On time. Kept me informed along the way. Proposed alternate solutions.
Unlike other local companies they did not try to pressure me into expensive overkill solutions.

Josh was my parent's plumbing technician that showed up. He was very informative and thorough with everything he did. He ran into some complications and he explained the best options for a Good fix.
