Pilot Travel Center

Very helpful and friendly staff! The staff went above and beyond to help, even when there was at least 30+ customers in the small store. The parking lot was completely full. Other reviewers have noted the cleanliness of the store. I noticed that as well, however for the number of staff compared to the amount of foot traffic they get throughout the day, I can understand it. Probably one of the busiest stops in the area. Thanks for being helpful and friendly!

Is a nice place to stop and look around. Little oddities. A little of this and that. Stuff for cars, Bluetooth headphones, hats, gloves, glass figurines, just lots of variety of things also needed while traveling. They offer showers. While ur waiting they have a little game type room for adults.

The service there was nice bathrooms. There were clean but need to be replaced You can definitely tell that place is old.

I'm a regular Pilot/Flying J customer and I can say that this store is one of the tiniest Pilot I've seen. For the traffic that they're facing every day, the management should think about some expansion, a larger parking lot for both 4 and 18 wheelers, larger toilets (I've seen people waiting badly for a toilet), maybe few more showers... Other than that, friendly staff, clean store, good coffee!

I arrived on September 11 about 315pm and had set up a reservation for parking. There were a couple trucks parked without paying and when I informed the manager James, he immediately went out and told them they had to move so I could park in a spot that I paid for. Thank you James for the help. Showers were clean, the staff was very friendly and the store was clean.

This store is under new management & has been for about 2 months now! The new manager Wayne is very respectful & is doing his best to make the store a better place for there guests! He has been hiring new & friendly staff member! Restrooms and showers are always clean shelves are always stocked lots to choose from! Friendly staff & environment!

Friendly and fast service. Clean store front restrooms and fresh hot coffee! They have a few fast food restaurants to choose from also. I love all there over priced statues and keep sakes. Just a little to pricey. It's a great place to stretchyour legs, fuel up grab a bite and meets all your basic needs plus some...

This place has everything a traveller could need. They also have reasonable prices. Their book selection is extensive. The restroom and shower facilities are well maintained and readily accessible. The team members were extremely helpful. As I waa travelling with small children, the one cashied made the trip easier by suggesting items that would keep them entertained and engaged for the rest of our journey. I must say it helped!

Friendliest gas stop ever!!!!. Managers saying hi and opening doors. All staff greeting customers as they enter the building. Great choices for food. Fresh grab n go sandwiches. Fresh pizza by the slice.

Friendly!!! I would like to recognize Ray. I had a 34 HR reset...I watched this guy all day working/ helping out everyone.. No job he wouldn't do! Cleaning / always smiling.. Great work ethic Mr. Ray... Great smile.. See u guys next trip:)

I love this truck stop. It is on my route to work. Their gas prices are always a few cents below the areas average. This truck stop has many items to use while traveling as well as Hot Coffee, bagged snacls and cold drinks.

The Staff (TJ) did above and beyond to help me out . I reserved a spot on the app and due to me having an Oversized load they rearranged some of the parking lot to accommodate my situation.. I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. I'll stop back in whenever I'm in the area.

They have organic coffee. Tammy will take care of everything.

I had a wonderful experience ALL the staff was really nice. The showers were really clean.... The woman's bathroom needed some help, but the next time I went it was spotless.

I Love This Place.. I have not been to one Pilot that i didnt adore. Employees are always Nice. Stores are always clean. Even the customers are awesome! Sometimes depends on the area ya just gotta watch out for them 'LOT LIZARDS' 😂😂 #TeamPilot!
