CVS

This is my second review I gave a review a few months ago today it seems like a terrible pharmacy but really it's not I feel like the community gets together I know this is weird because are there to get medicine but you get to stand in line and they have chairs and if you have time it's really a good get to know your community line you have to look at the brightside that we're working short with only one pharmacy but really I don't mind as long as I got time

I just wanted to brag on the woman in the pharmacy today they got my medication filled and was very kind. These woman have a hard job that's not easy. They did a good job I want to say if you come in and are rude that's not gonna help anyone it's best to just be kind and try to work the problem out even when it's very frustrating. Good job ladies and thank you.

The CVS in fern creek is excellent... the staff are friendly. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you get your medications on time. Other CVS ate not like this one... I live closer to a different CVS. But I go to the fern creek one because of staff and accuracy. I love that they answer the phone. They're friendly and my meds are always correct. 5 stars from me

I wish to thank Tarra an Xavier for taking the time to do more than they had time to do. Tonight I visited this location for a prescription transfer. I didn't realize that this location closed at 6pm. I arrived at 5:45. I know they really wanted to close up shop, however they worked on my parents prescription. I can't say enough about what they did for me, they easily could have had me return the next day.

I had an AWFUL experience at the poplar level location and this one made it all the better. Jason I believe is who I talked to on the phone for the pharmacy was PHENOMENAL if he isn’t a manager or shift lead make him one. He was not only able to get my prescription worked out but also was able to help me find a great deal on it as well after my good rx coupon didn’t work.

I spoke with a pharmacist or helper by the name of I believe Nick and he was so unbelievably kind and took the time to speak with me about the different medications and where I could get them .....and it was for insulin and he even knew that this was for a cat and he actually took the time to help me and to help find one that was affordable.... The other places that I had found dit phoned did not take the time to do anything except sanything except they did not have the one that we had a prescription for And they didn't even know that it wasn't for me that it was for a cat so they wasn't even willing to help a human I can only imagine if I would have told them it was for a cat..... Thank you Nick there are not enough thank you's that I could possibly say for you being so kind efficient at your job......

Always have my medicine prepared, ands. Text messages to let me know when they're ready. Friendly service and employees seem to be friendly at every visit

Drive through was friendly, helpful, masked, and sanitary. Very pleasant. A short wait time.

Medicine to go

I switched to this store (Fern Creek) from a much closer CVS pharmacy. I switched locations because the closer CVS pharmacy had employees that thought it was completely acceptable to be rude, disrespectful, and they seemed to lack key knowledge on medications. Also, the other store's staff acted resentful of customers/patients "wasting staff members time" with inquiries.

This Fern Creek store is typically always busy but they will still answer necessary questions and try to help when they are able. I often seev their pharmacy short staffed or ust extremely busy but they continue to provide a much higher level of customer care than other locations.
