Good staff. Great atmosphere. Super center checks all the boxes...order online and pick up stuff. Don't believe the hype. Walmart rules.

We found birthday presents that were perfect for my granddaughter. She loved the toys we found. Of course I did notice the toys were more expensive than they used to be. But that is the norm now.

Received help finding what I needed as soon as we entered the store. They had a lot of nice items in the store. The shopping trip was very good 👍.

I love coming here. Avami at the Beauty Salon is so amazing and good at her job. I recommend this place to everyone. Such a friendly environment.

This is a cleaner and much nicer store than my usual stop at the Hillview location.
Plus the variety of clothes is a lot better and some of the groceries are cheaper

Well established in the neighborhood and a good place to shop. Self checkout is the norm with few actual cashiers running registers any more.
Constantly improving. I can almost always count on this store having what I need in stock.

I liked the prices and there was a nice variety of clothes, groceries and pet supplies.

Got my oil change done while shopping. They were fast and efficient, and I was able to accomplish two things at once.

It's a walmart, self check out was a night mare but the lady that helped me was so patient and nice

I primarily only go to this location for Pickup grocery orders or for shopping in the Electronics section when I need something same-day. The Pickup orders always have been on time for me, even large ones, except one occasion where they were over 30 minutes late and weren’t picking up the phone. However, when they finally came with my order, they explained how they were understaffed so I understand the delay. Electronics was the same way — when I actually *did* get help, they were helpful, albeit not comprehensively trained on the products in the electronics section. I will still give it a 5 star rating due to me not wanting it to reflect negatively on the *employees* — rather, the lack of labor and other issues that may be causing such a high turnover rate.

Clean and well stocked. Found things I couldn't find elsewhere.

I needed a new phone and the young man who helped was Jerome. He was so much help in switching phone plans and setting up a new phone for me!

I took my car battery over to the automotive side of the store.and was promptly helped by an associate. He was friendly and went out of his way to check and see if I had any warranty left on my old battery. There wasn't 😔. Regardless, I purchased the new battery, which he put into a grocery cart to take to my car. Really nice because those batteries are heavy!
I also inquired about a future tire purchase and he took his time and informed me of my options, even though he knew it was not going to result in a sale today. Much appreciated!

Typically, I visit this location around 7 in the morning. The store is clean and well stocked. This morning, Chris, who was stocking in the grocery section, happily helped me find an item. Also, the woman working in self-checkout was quite helpful with a question I had and assisted me when I left my wallet in the car.

Wasn't crowded but self checkout was long lines

Not enough cashiers especially for large orders. I am 78 and both checking and bagging difficult

The Fern Creek location has been remodeled and the layout is nice. Not been able to view all yet. The check out lanes have been redone or remodeled. All are Self Check Out. If the store was 24 hours like it use to be, the need for cashier would be a definite. This store has had self check out prior, now all self c/o. And I see the reason. When the majority of people used self C/O the employees would just stand, stare at you, walk off with a friend or coworker, but would not help you when a problem arose, or restock Plastic Bags. I saw many people waiting and waiting, instead of "demanding help"!!! I'm sorry, but paying $16 to $18. an hour is damn good. Not long ago the pay was not much over minimum. I tried to warn employees at Self C/O "best start helping Customers that have issues or you'll find yourself out of a job"!! Well, they are now wishing they had the Cushy Job again.

Went in just to see if Walmart would honor their online Cyber Monday sale on B.O.4 game in store 👍 they did but guess who didn't " GameStop" thanks Walmart 😁

Nice clean store and the people were very helpful.
