Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love going to cracker barrel with the family. We went to a different one the other day and I will ALWAYS say the one at Brooks exit in Louisville KY is the BEST one to eat at. The food is always good and the service is always good. Love looking at all the holiday stuff in the store area.If you stop at the one in Brooks ask for Jackie's section she is the BEST server. We ask for her all the time. She is very friendly and down to earth and is just perfect at her job

Our server Sherry was amazing. Very friendly and attentive even after being sat 4 tables at once. She made sure all her tables were taken care of. We enjoyed our Grandma and Grandpa breakfast! The eggs were cooked just right and the grits were tasty. The heat along the wall at the bottom was overkill though. I had to move or would have passed out from the heat. Other than that, pleasant experience!

The server was excellent. We were a party of 11 and she handled it like it was a party of 2. Wish I would have gotten her name. The food was great and came out at a reasonable time. I had the tips, tenders, and shrimp. My wife had the maple bacon chicken. One of the best Cracker Barrel experiences I've had.

Our server Jackie, was outstanding. Our order was taken, delivered in the proper amount of time and the food was hot and tasty.
Jackie kept our drinks replenished without us asking for a refill! She had the ceiling fans turned off when we stated the room was cold and most customers were wearing their coats. Checkout was smooth as Patti and Brittany assured me that Pegs points were redeemed and more points were added for our visit.
We had just attended a funeral service for a loved one, and these ladies put sunshine on a very cloudy day.

Stopped in on the way home for a late lunch. No wait at all even though the place was fairly packed. Drinks and food came to us super fast and drinks were topped off when about half empty. Service was super fast and friendly. As usual, the food was fantastic and the place was spotless. We've been to many, many Cracker Barrels and this one was top of the list.

The best Cracker Barrel I have been to, and believe me I have been to a lot of them. The staff is so courteous that there are no words to describe it. The food is fresh and filling. Nice clean restrooms. Our table help Leah was simply wonderful. She went out of her way to cut strawberries for my daughter, which normally other stores did not offer. Great work 👏🏼👏🏼

Wanna feel like your and grandma and grandpa's house? Then turn the car into the Cracker Barrel parking lot and go inside. It's nostalgic and the food is always delicious. I love winter time when the fireplace is lit. It's so cozy. The staff is always friendly and even when they are busy you still do not wait to long for your food.

We always enjoy a meal at the cracker barrel while travelling. This time we took advantage of a rewards bonus of a free appetizer and ordered burgers for our meal. Was very enjoyable. Service was excellent. Was just across the parking lot from our hotel Fairfield Inn and suites Shepherdsville. Fun time.

This was a catering order, so the atmosphere didn't really play into my review. We ordered a dinner for 10 buffet style and had plenty of food,. While we did have to wait 15 minutes after the requested pick up time, the food was hot and ready to eat. Everyone was impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We will definately order again, the next time we get together. The value was excellent. We probaby did not spend any more on this ready cooked meal than we would have spent cooking ourselves. This saved us the time and mess of cooking.
I would absouletly recommend the buffet meals. This was for an event at my mother's house. I wish there was a Cracker Barrel close to my home and I would use this all of the time!

Great food and prices. Stopped in the other day and even though it was very busy had food in front of us very quickly. Kayla was more than helpful and made sure the entire group of us had everything we needed.

Stopped for lunch traveling down I-65.
We had the lunch chicken n dumplings and meatloaf. Food was served fast and hot. Service was good.

The food was warm at best, but I didn't receive silverware until the food was cold. Pancakes must be out of a box because there's no way to make them exactly the same. I have never seen eggs that cook so small the quality and quantity of the food has taken a nose dive in my opinion it's sad because I take my mother here a lot and just a big let down

Service was great even though it was really busy in the there. But Ms. Hailey was awesome, the food was fantastic ordered the momma's platter 3 pancakes 2 eggs over medium with bacon. Atmosphere was good other than it being really busy and somewhat loud. Will definitely go back soon.

The people.whom take care of the online orders do an excellent job. My Thanksgiving order was very informative and on time. My order for two plates the other day was quickly ordered to go,was I was in the store and the lady went beyond to help

We eat at Cracker Barrel quite often. On this date we dines in and everything was good but they had the server swamped with people. She did her best considering how many people they had her serving..

I had the broccoli and chicken dish that was delicious. The macaroni and cheese was great and so was their baked potato. I had peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream and it was yummy. Very friendly staff and very affordable prices.

I always enjoy Cracker Barrel, but this one is Brooks -- probably because of their busy location -- really excels. The service is top notch, the food is always perfect. They really have a well-oiled machine here.

Y’all have the best broccoli casserole that I have ever eaten!!! It is amazing! Huge pieces of broccoli and tons of cheese! The service here is always top notch.

Good food. Even though they were busy they got right to us and didn’t have to wait too long to get food.
