The UPS Store

I've been coming here for years and it was always quick and convenient. But over the last 6 months or so, it's gotten even better. Literally every single employee is polite and friendly. And always quick to get you taken care of.

I am a seller on Mercari so I make frequent stops at this UPS store location and I LOVE. THEM! All the employees I’ve interacted with have been super nice and helpful- especially Kayla and Goman. They’re my two favorites!

It is a busy store so sometimes you have to wait but the staff are always so very friendly and helpful! The internet went out while I was there and they handled it so gracefully. They communicated with customers and worked hard to meet their needs.

Since new ownership this location has significantly improved. I give 5 stars not just because of the improvements but because of the service. They are quick and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The location is also clean and the works present themselves well.

They are always very quick, efficient, & friendly. I absolutely hate returning stuff but they make it so easy.

Ever since the new ownership took over at this location, service has been phenomenal. All the staff I have dealt with are willing to go above and beyond whether I have a simple Amazon return or a custom print job. The manager Katelyn also helped me with a claim, and was very communicative and helpful through the claims process. Thanks guys!

My experience today (9.17.22) was completely different than the experiences I had been having for the past several months. Night and day difference. The employees were kind, helpful and attentive. They are under new ownership and management and you can tell!! If you go and happen to work with an employee named Jackson, you will leave with a smile. He’s so kind and cheerful. What a great employee!!

New owners now run this store!! The staff was very helpful and courteous staff!! We dropped off a return and had some questions regarding printing of invitations. The staff went above and beyond in an attempt to help us with the invitations and even called other stores to help us with our needs. If only we lived closed to this store!!

I was in this store last night and the two women working were some of the friendliest customer service personnel I’ve ever experienced. They were happy and smiling and genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves. I only went to this store because it was close to my other errands that day but I know I will go out of my way to come to this location again.

I came in for an upgrade to my phone. The experience was great. The sales associate was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this Verizon location.

Shipping and handling, printing and labels. Plenty of parking and lots of stores and shops in the area. Reasonable price items. Can be seen from the main road. Excellent choices of services. Nice and clean area and surroundings and very nice employees friendly and helpful. Easy to find.

Since the new owners, this place has truly gotten much better! Everyone is friendly and helpful!!

I've used this store to send and receive multiple packages without any issue. Sending packages was easy and the employees assisted me quickly and politely.
