Kroger

I absolutely love Kroger because they give back to their customers. They are sometimes a little higher than Walmart, but they have better quality meat and fruits. They sometimes have friendlier customer service reps. I can normally find what I need there, and I want to say thank you.

I was here two days ago and had to get some produce for dinner that night. Anytime I have passed through this location, I’ve never been disappointed. The produce at this location is always great. The level of customer service is great as well. The store is always stocked.

The Kroger in Fern Creek has a much better selection of pretty much anything. I've never seen them run out of anything I was looking to buy! The staff are always friendly and helpful!

Today was exceptional because of Kiara. She checked us out, but she was so great working with her bagger, Tommy. She gave him such good prompts, and provided him such excellent support. I know he is having a great day, but she also took the time to engage my special needs daughter, which was very appreciated. Thanks Kiara for making our day!!

Nathan in the bakery went the extra mile today for me. I asked for something that was back in the freezer and he took the time to find it for me.

I used the quick self check out. An employee I've encountered was nice.

Convenient as well as helpful within customer service if or when asking for assistance for accidentally purchasing the wrong product.

After giving up wasting 45 minutes at Walmart went next door to Kroger. Omg. What a difference. In and out. Self checkout machines work. No problems. Why do I keep going to Walmart? Seriously, I'm not fond of torture.

Conner at the bakery was super sweet to my son. My son was a little restless and Conner gave him a Spider-Man ring. That cheered my son right up and made my shopping experience so much easier.

I unfortunately forgot to order a large order of chicken for a Christmas gathering. Called the morning of the event, and they bent over backwards to make sure that we had everything we needed. Amber was a great help. Thanks so much!

Good elegant shopping place

Happy Thanksgiving!! I got my 30$ turkey for just 8.58 after taxes & the customer service was great, got in & out in a timely manner & I also found everything i was looking for hassle free! Overall a very neat & clean facility

My husband went in to pick up logs for our woodstove. Both of his hands are in casts due to a fall and both wrists broken. He couldn't lift the box and asked for assistance. Donna and Allison, both long term employees, helped him take the box to our car and lifted them in for him. My husband was so impressed with their generosity and kindness! We've never had a bad experience with any employee in this store and most go out of their way to assist any way they can. This is a good place to shop!!

I tend to visit Kroger when I need high quality products. They have a wider range of variety and choices. I use my Kroger card to receive discounts on many items and it really does make a difference when buying large amounts of items.

Love this Kroger! Their staff is great and the selection is amazing. I like it more than most Kroger because it is the perfect size for a grocery store. I don't go to Kroger for items that aren't food, for cleaning, hygiene related, or medication. I am not a fan of the new huge stores in town, I guess the extra items including clothes and household accessories could be good in an emergency. If not an emergency it's overpriced and not worth it. This specific store doesn't have those extra items so you don't have to worry about walking more and trying to find where your typical Kroger products would be.

I've been shopping Kroger for about 44 years. I will not buy meat any other place but Kroger.
There's one super major problem with Kroger. The mobile shopping carts. They are the worst of any place. EVERY time I shop, I get a cart and
by the time I reach the back, it's totally
DEAD!!!!!! I cannot just leave it and walk all the way up front for another one. Usually I have to go back at least three times because they all die.
PLEASE invest in some new carts!!!
Get the ones like Walmart has. They're good and almost never die no matter how long I'm in there. And I stay for 2-3 hours!! And they go at a decent speed. It's impossible to get out of Kroger in less than 2 hours with the carts you have now. They are the slowest on Earth. I hate them!!!!
PLEASE GET NEW, FAST carts.. I spend a lot of money at Kroger. I deserve to use a good mobile cart. And I'm there almost every day. Thank you.

I made a quick trip for a few items, they had what I needed at a reasonable price, store was clean, stocked well, and the staff was helpful, and friendly.
Out of convience, I got some gas, good service there also.

Love it here. I have been shopping for several years and I never had any problems with this store. Usually I find everything I need at reasonable prices. Very close to where I live and easy to get there. There are several shops, stores and places to eat.

I've visited during day shift @this location as well as mid-shift and closing. And just like night and day, so is the staff at this location. I much suggest going in the AM or early afternoon for you get genuine quality service!
