Walmart Neighborhood Market

I just went to the garden área and when I was ready to pay, the cashier guy was organizing some shelves and stopped what he was doing to go to the cash register to assist me. He was very nice and attentive.
The garden area was clean, and I found a lot of good plants in the clearance area that were in very good shape but at a very good price.

This is the local small Walmart. The nice thing is its one way in and one way out here.. It's a nice sized store with good prices. The store is clean and you rarely see anyone here with no mask on. The staff is a hit or miss on being friendly. They have a good system for ck out and usually are pretty fast.

I was at Walmart Neighborhood Market this morning around 8:30 am, I had the nicest greeting from Marie, at the 1st checkout line by the front entrance (cigarettes counter). She was so happy and excited to greet me, saying "Good morning, and Welcome to Walmart!" I was in shock when I heard that after years of entering multiple Walmarts, that was definitely unheard of. The positive and likable vibe she gave to me and the other customers that came in after me was quite amazing and memorable. I checked out my items at the register next to hers and the young lady didn't say much but on my way out I heard Marie's voice telling me to have a great day! I had to go back to Walmart after unloading my items into my car and ask for her name (Marie). I told her to keep up the positivity and the great work she is doing. She is definitely what made my Monday and experience more memorable today at Walmart!

First of all this Walmart is right down the road from me, so it’s super convenient! I came in today to do my normal shopping and cash my check and get lotto tickets. There was this old lady screaming at an employee over something about applesauce. Of all things?The cashier Keisha tried to reason with her with no Avail, so I’m next and she takes care of me with a smile on her face even though she was just screamed at. She is always kind to customers not sure why someone would want to be rude to someone just trying to do their job? My point is she is always nice always cheerful and ways helpful. This store is always clean and everyone is friendly . Love shopping here :)

Easy travel on 441. Store is filled with items. Reasonable prices. Plenty of parking.

Great store with lots of great items.

I've always appreciate consistency especially in a brand or company. When I moved I was hoping the Walmart that was close to us was as good as my old Walmart. I was extremely pleased that it was actually better than my old Walmart. The store just as clean, shelves stocked and employees happy to help. That consistency you rarely find now a day.

1st of all employee Mary Grace is so sweet, patient, kind, well informed & made my experience there so pleasant I had to tell corporate to let them know they should pay her extra to stay there. I do travel extra miles just to shop there. Not only is Mary grace amazing but the other employees there are helpful & pleasant. This store is well stocked & they will put in requests if a restock is needed without making you feel like you’re bothering them like some Walmarts are like.
It is a small neighborhood Walmart with a homey feel. Clean store. Fresh produce. Always a pleasurable experience that makes me feel it’s worth me going extra miles to shop there. Many Walmarts are closer. I live in Boynton beach & ALL the ones near me have many rude employees & low stock on meats, produce, shelves empty with the SAME constant excuse saying customers must have bought it all lying to me telling me “shelves were just filled last night” OMG example every time I go there there is NEVER any Mott’s applesauce jars only lunch snack size & NOT even GV brand apple sauce UNLESS it has cinnamon in it. YUK! No one really wants cinnamon apple sauce with pork chops, LOL. Every single time for 5 months no applesauce?! & Boynton stores act like you are a pain in the neck when you ask them to get regular applesauce on the shelves & they take no action to restock. That’s just an example.
😎But then I had pleasure of accidentally calling & going to this Lakeworth location & it was like night & day. Refreshing. Makes me not worry so much about distance.
💥💥 I Wish the Walmarts in my area Boynton Bch would get it together & replace the lazy negative workers & stock shelves, meats& produce.Heck those employees hide the last couple 1&2 Lb carrots behind the display cases. REALLY!!? WOW ! When they only had 2 bags of 5 Lb carrots I asked them sort of loudly “Do you have bags of carrots for people without 5 children?”& this had been like this for weeks. Then they showed me the ones they had hidden⚠. Why???, so it’s saved for them to take home after their shift? Hmmm.

I walk with a walker or get pushed in a wheelchair. The isles here a always clean and clear to get through. The service people are most always friendly an ready to help. The food is always good and played out properly. Its a great store including drugstore.

Only one close to me. Friendly staff and more than one cashier at any given time. (huge)

So todays review is all about a cashier named Myrland.

Here we are smack in the middle (or hopefully towards the end) of COVID-19 and everyone is wearing masks. The "feels like" is 110 degrees and most people are not happy trying to breath in 110 "feels like" heat, much less with a mask. But into the store I go and the mask goes on. It's tricky when you wear glasses but thats another story.

I did my shopping and I was waiting online at the self check out and someone tells me lane 4 is open. I go up to lane 4 and it had just opened so I placed my basket on the belt. Myrland started my checkout and said "Good afternoon, how is your day?" I replied with the typcical "Good how was yours?" etc. and while she had a mask on you can see she was smiling behind her mask, like she really did care how my day was. She was a happy and cheerful associate! You do not see many of them in retail anymore. I told her they should take Apple pay (Really Walmart : get with the program already!) and she said a lot of people asked her about that.

She really was a breath of fresh air and made me happy I was told to go to a non self check out register. Kudos to Myrland for keeping a smile and asking guests how their day was and genuinely seeming to care! It refreshing compared to the normally monotonous check out that most people have to endure.

She also pointed out that I had a broken egg and I paid for them and just went and got a new dozen eggs.

If management reads this review Myrland is definitely an asset to your store and corporate. I hope she moves up the corporate ladder quickly, and with her personally I can not see anything but that.

The most welcoming Walmart I have ever been in. The people at the register acknowledge you when you walk into the store. When you're walking around for items, at least one person will come up asked me if I need any help. I haven't been in this Walmart literally 3 minutes till closing and still have the most friendliest people greet and ask if I need assistance. The other Walmarts in this area. Should come to this Walmart and have them train them. So they know how to respect their customers.

Love this supermarket. As a once loyal Publix shopper, I'm saving a ton of money at Walmart neighborhood market. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, unlike a typical Walmart superstore. Love the self checkout for small orders so I can get in and out fast.

Late night sunday shopping. Needed organic milk but it was about 8 pm and looked like the store was about ready to close. There were not many customers and shelves in the grocery section looked very empty. Thank goodness I found Karl, I asked about getting gallons of organic milk as the cooler had a few 1/2 gallon jugs. He searched until he found the milk. He apologized again for the time it took him to find the milk. That is going above for a customer. Thanks to Karl for assisting and getting what I needed. Karl your top notch!!

This store is wonderful. The staff and managers go above and beyond for their customers. Someone mentioned dented cans? Tell me one store that doesn't have them?

If they don't have something I need they will get it in for me. The also will lift items off the selves and help me to the car if I need help. The prices are excellent, unlike other stores near buy. I would shop here just for the customer service alone!!!

Was one of the more well kept and organized Walmart Neighborhood Market (grocery store only) that I have had the chance to see in my lifetime. Definitely will return and recommend for anyone else frequenting the area. Oh and on a side note. Thier staff is knowledgeable of the product as well as genuinely pleasant.

Walmart's always good even for a grown man that's like a little candy store you want to buy everything but it depends on how much money you have. If I had the fantasy it would be that I could spend a night in the store a super Walmart because they have barbecue grills pants anything you need you pretend like you're camping you can eat out have dessert anything you want but your imagination do the work and you'll understand what I'm saying so yes Walmart is one of my favorite stores what more can I say I'm sure you agree

We go to our neighborhood Walmart for basic needs items. We usually go during off peak hours do we aren’t stuck in the crowds. Always clean and well stocked. Very convenient
