Dane Magarrell was an absolutely amazing person to work with. He was kind, personable, and hilarious. He went out of his way and overachieved to help us buy my car. We had a bit of a difficult time finalizing due to a high APR, so we had to come back a second time to finish the deal. Dane was there both times with us to push it through. He made a stressful experience an amazing one. I would absolutely recommend Dane as a salesperson to anybody wanting to go here to buy a car. I’ve dealt with a lot of car buying experiences, and Dane was the best salesman I’ve worked with. Overall even though interest rates are crazy, and it was a Sunday so the banks were closed, my experience at offlease was great. I seriously cannot recommend Dane enough. Thank you Dane!!

This was my wife and I second purchase from OLO, we even sold them back the Mini Cooper we purchased from them 5-6 years ago. Our experience with the entire staff we had encountered was friendly, professional, and caring. Our salesman Andres , Moses in finance and Ralph our appraiser worked hard to earn our business. After getting our new to us car home and looking it over in the morning in better light, we found it was just not the car for us. True to their word they went out of their way and allowed us to pick out another car that was a perfect match for us and we could not be happier. We will be back for our next car because it is obvious that regardless of who you deal with or when I know we will be treated fairly which is worth more than what we spent on our car.

My experience with salesman Chris Lowe was superb!! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle and the sales process… As a new salesperson, if he didn’t have an answer about something, he promptly found it! I highly recommend him, so please ask for him whenever you’re in the market for a new vehicle.. A few days after my purchase, I had a few concerns I wanted addressed.. Although OLO wasn’t obligated, they did anyway in Good Faith… CSR Lisa took great care of my concerns... I’m sure I’ll always do business with them in the future!!

Worked with the "out of state" sales team and Cindy Hebding was my salesperson. She was great! She provided her mobile number and responded to all my text messages and phone calls and she was available after hours to answer all my questions etc.
I felt no pressure because "Off Lease" does not use commissioned sales. I simply had to secure a bank check from my credit union and send a photo of the document to Cindy along with proof of insurance. I flew to Miami a week later with my son (13) and picked up the car. We had a blast driving home in our new 2015 Ford Expedition! I saved thousands over the prices I would have paid back home, plus we got a mini-vacation and some father son time out of the deal! We even stopped for some local authentic Mexican food and hit South Beach before we headed home. I had positive experience at OLO, I feel the sales staff was supportive and they had some really decent prices. I definitely recommend Off Leas Only and Cindy Hebding!

I was recently involved in a near fatal accident and my insurance company decided my vehicle was a total loss. Alex took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the right vehicle for me, based upon my budget and personal requirements. Their Finance Manager, Paul Schwab, is a miracle worker. Not having the best credit in the world, he was still able to find a bank that would finance me and still keep me within my budget.

I really appreciate the Team I worked with, as they made the process as stress-free and smooth as possible for me. I will definitely be returning to OffLease for my future vehicle purchases and will be sending my friends their way.

We had the best experience at Off Lease Only in West Palm. My mother in laws bought a car there and recommended it to us. They had a beautiful low mileage Lexus that we liked. When we arrived for our appointment they had the car pulled up for us ready to go which I loved. Our sales person Dwayne was very professional and efficient. We bought the car the same night with an overall great experience. There were some things we wanted done to the car that needed attention so the customer service team jumped into action and took care of us. This is where we were really impressed. Lisa in customer service made our appointments for service and took care of everything we requested in a timely and professional manner. Great experience first time coming here. Was greeted by Anthony Sicilia. He has great customer service and was very helpful in finding me a car that fit in my budget. Also helped me get a good trade-in value from my other car. Would definitely recommend him as a sales associate if you’re looking for a car.

We had an excellent experience with Offlease Only! Luigi Reyes was great to work with, he was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! (Including transferring our car that was over 1hr away.) This was a no hassle, low pressure transaction. From start to finish my experience at Off Lease in West Palm was pleasurable! I was a first time buyer so a little clueless and nervous, immediately Raquel made me feel at ease. She was personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She stood by my side the entire day. I had some complicating circumstances but the entire team worked with me so that I was able to drive off the lot in my dream car that day. Xaviel was super friendly and very helpful. He walked me through the process making sure I understood everything. He even bought me a snack from the vending machine since I was there for awhile and hadn’t eaten. Bret was awesome in helping me through the loan process and was personable. I was there almost 8 hours but it didn’t feel like it since everyone was enjoyable to be around. I will definitely go there for my next vehicle and will send my family and friends. 11/10 experience!!!

Big place. Best part was the salesman. Fabian Penate was a real professional-not overly pushy-very knowledgeable. Enjoyed doing business with him! Highly recommend making a reservation so the wait is minimized and you can down to seeing the car and going. Also mid day is better than latter it seems for busy times. Crowds can get decent after work hours.

We received a fair price for a great EV. The staff was very attentive. They answered all of our questions and made sure all of our paperwork and financing were done accurately and in a timely manner.

Great selection of nicer cars. My daughter, nephew and sister have all bought cars from there and they we all agree that it's a pleasure. The process is pretty fast, everyone is friendly, and no-one has had issues with their cars. Highly recommend. We were taken care by Cliff (sales) and then Amy ( finance). We left very happy.
