New customer here and I'm staying here! :) We got to Earl Stewart knowing which 2 used cars we wanted to see. Ian helped us. The car we got is perfect. Ian was great and we were done in less than 2 hours. Ian also was able to get us an extra key! Gabriel in financing was great. Very kind. His customer service is amazing!

Hands down the best experience we have ever had at any dealership! There were no surprises! Purchased a new Sienna without paying the ridiculous markup and dealer fees other dealers demanded. Marlene sent us over photos and video of the new van (since we live 45 miles away). She also provided OTD numbers before we came to see the van. Nothing changed after we decided to move forward with the transaction. They gave us a fair number for our trade and a competitive term and rate on the finance side. No pushy sales pitch. Showed us our options and let us make the decision. If you want a new or used car, this is the place to go!!

My hubby and I, ordered a Toyota tandra in 2022 and received a 2024 Luna Ro today. There was no surprises with the price!

I recently purchased a 2023 Rav4. The shortages has affected everyone so wait times/inventory cannot be a factor. Earl Stewart from start to finish was honest and efficient. They were up front and honest about pricing. We didn’t mind traveling the distance! It is very true that they have no dealer fees or MSRP mark ups. Highly recommend! and Marlene and everyone involved were very helpful!

I ordered a new RAV4 hybrid from Earl Stewart in March 2023. The expected delivery date was in December 2023. However my car was received at the dealer in mid November so it was a month earlier than expected. A very pleasant surprise. My transaction went very smoothly. The sales person was very helpful and I’m very pleased with the service. I’ll be a return customer.

Great customer service from Ian in the sales department and Dan in the body shop. I purchased my 2 year old used car and the next day noticed it had paint damage. When I asked about returning it, they offered to fix it all under warranty for me. Very happy with the outcome and my car.

We had the absolute worst experience at Toyota of Vero Beach so we brought our vehicle to Earl Stewart for servicing. They helped us rectify a multitude of issues we had lingering and they went out of their way to rectify them when they did not have to. Dan and Ricky in the body shop went above and beyond as did everyone we were in contact with throughout our wonderful experience there. We are grateful for Earl Stewart Toyota and will happily use them for any of our vehicle needs.

My wife and I were in the market for reliable new/used car for our daughter and had a great buying experience with Rich Goldfeder. Initially we placed a deposit for a new 2023 Corolla and after a week our personal circumstances changed. We pivoted away from waiting for a new car build to a decent very good looking 2019 used vehicle which checked off all the boxes and then some. Knowing we had 7 days to return if not satisfied we had multiple inspections against the vehicle and couldn't be happier with the results and overall purchase.

Personally I'm not a fan of walking into dealership without prenegotiating and prefer the vitual/online experience. Before arriving at Earl Stewart, I was already engaged with 3 other dealers haggling through absurd markups and fees ranging anywhere from $6K - $10K most barely offering any discounts. In comparison, Earl Stewart prices were the best bang for our buck against their competitors. Our salesman, Rich Goldfeder made our buying experience worth it. He changed my perception and his experience was key, HE LISTENED, took notes - some call it old fashion to pull out a small notebook but, he did and it worked. Most importantly, he was not pushy and easy to work with. Finally, we had our own financing so the purchasing experience was easy and smooth with an estimated completion all within less than 2hours. Overall, a good experience coupled with good prices, we will indeed return when it's time to trade-in our next car in the near future.

As a returning customer, was able to confirm that Earl Stewart Toyota is the best we have around south Florida. This time, dealing with Elaine Johnson was even better than my first car back in 2018. She is straight to the point, respectful, and knowledgeable. Finance was great, no B.S. fees, no dealer fees, offer warranties but not pushy, tag and docs stamp fees are exactly what the agencies charge, car delivered in a timely manner and no market adjustment like other dealers are doing. Would recommend Elaine and this dealer to friends and family anytime.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Franco, the finance manager, and Ian, the sales rep, were very helpfully the whole time and I appreciated that they were very upfront with the whole experience. There were no hidden fees or pushing unnecessary packages like all the other Toyota dealerships I have been to. We had a pleasant, stress free and smooth sales transaction at Earl Stewart Toyota. We waited approximately 18 months for 2 Rav4 hybrids. Our salesman Steven was awesome and patient. He always responded my text with updates and answered any questions we had. Steven was not just a salesman but he treated us like friends. We live in Orlando and we took a bus to West Palm Steven was kind enough to pick us up at the West Palm service stop. It's true you only pay msrp, tax and tag. No additional mark ups, fees nor dealer fees. You only pay additional for any optional warranties. They offer you the warranties and you chose if you want any...at least our finance officer Franco was not pushy at all. He was also very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. If we ever buy another car we will definitely take the drive down to Earl Stewart Toyota and I hope Steven and Franco are still there.

Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for me. I have had really bad experiences with the previous dealers I did business with in the past but today since the moment I walked into Earl Steward Toyota the environment felt different from what I was used to. Marlene Levy was my sales representative and she provided an exceptional service, she made me feel comfortable and confident about the car buying process. Alan the financial manager also was outstanding and kindly helped me with all the questions I had. The dealer doesn’t have any hide fees or market adjustments, last week a different dealership had the same car I bought today with a $20.000 market adjustment value. I will give them 10 stars if I could. 1000% recommend.

Marlene Levy is the most wonderful salesperson. I saw the car I wanted online, I emailed her, and the next day I was driving the car. No hassles, no tricks, and I paid the sticker price without any ridiculous add ons. I drove all the way from South Broward County in order to get this car. Gabriel was great in finance as well- he did not pressure me at all and he was very honest and helpful.
