Drive Shack

Took my family here and had a great time. Great fun even if you aren’t great at golf. Had to come down here a second time while I was in Florida for a two week stay because it was so fun the first time. For golfers, there are tons of games to try out and test your range/ain. Shack Jack was my favorite - you try and hit cards to get as close to 21 (black jack) as possible and beat the dealer.

Was waiting for my reservation time and sat down at the bar. It wasn’t that busy. Tenders and waitstaff walked by me a dozen plus times over 25 minutes. Never asked me what I wanted or said I’ll be right with you. I guess they’re not interested in making $. A party of four came to the bar—waited 10 mins then left. Then a couple came, waited 10 mins and left. UPDATE. The manager read my review and was super accommodating—food, drinks etc. Checked on me like 4 times. Super customer focused. Super nice guy. Highly recommend the place.

Today was my first time at Drive Shack and I will absolutely be back with my friends. We had the best server that made it an incredible time. Bobby recommended great appetizers that my family and I loved. He was patient with us when we struggled to use the computer. We will be coming back to see Bobby.

Didn't really patronize place just went in to look around and spoke with a young man named Joseph who is very informative about the establishment. This is a really cool place with a couple of bars on different floors and a limited menu but something for everybody. Lots of bays I guess you would call them for hitting golf balls with interactive screens.

Went to drive shack for my first time and it was so much fun! You can play so many different ways hitting the golf balls. ⛳ you have a TV that shows where you're ball goes. So much fun!! Great place for group up to 6 per area. They have really good food and drinks!

Thanks to Val we had a great family outing. Ages 8 to 48, everyone had a great time. Val went out of her way to help us get our bays set up the way we wanted them. She was all over the food and drink orders too. And she was super friendly. Thanks for a fun night out.

Bobby was fantastic as our server! We had a great time as we crushed brews while watching Coach Prime and Colorado against Oregon! It was truly a magical Saturday that I’ll never forget with my bros!

Bobby was a great server he was so cool, always checked in on us and answered all our questions. First time at Drive Shack West Palm Beach but we will be back!

Kaitlyn D. Is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! If you have or haven’t been to the Drive Shack, request her for your section. She is hands on it with the food and drink orders. Extremely helpful, super sweet. We will always ask for her in the future coming to Drive Shack WPB. Thank you KD! You rock!

this place is alot of fun. we had a christmas party and had a booth for 3 hours. I will def be back it was a great atmosphere and lots of golf games to choose from.

We came to drive shack for a family event and our server Kay was exceptional, very personable and gave amazing service. The manager Jasmine even stopped by, showing compassion and care for her employees and guests of this great establishment. Would always recommend!

He got my girl-up to speed so she could ACTUALLY WIN A game against me annnd after that he let me use his club to REALLY REALLY ROCK THE HOUSE I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT !!!!!! I had to get this guys name!!! He needs a raise !!! Great frikkin guy! Bobby makes this company look goooooood😏

I would love to take this moment and praise our server Ashely! We had a school event at Drive Shake and we had at least 100+ middle school boys. It can be a bit chaotic dealing with so many boys with 100 level energy , but Ashely did not even flinch ! She constantly kept checking on us making sure everyone had a drink and she was very nice and accommodating! Made our experience that much better. Would love to give a shout out to Lil Ash!! Thank you! We will be back again!

We just had an awesome family afternoon at drive shack thanks to David! He was a superb server and always on the ball which is great when having little ones with you! We will definitely be back and requesting him!

5 stars solely for Connor!! Sat at the third floor bar for 10 minutes and watched only one side of the bar get served repeatedly without even a “hey I’ll be right with you” to the other 3 sides of the bar. Watched the bartender make exactly 5 drinks before she walked past us for the third time with no acknowledgment. Decided to head downstairs to the second floor bar and that’s where we met Connor and were greeted immediately with a smile and a positive demeanor including a much busier bar. Not sure what was happening up on the third floor but as two individuals who work in the industry we were not impressed. Happy to have met Connor and be graced with his friendly service though. 5 stars for Connor!!!

I want to say these people are awesome. I was having a bad night on Saturday the 20th because it was my 12 year old daughters birthday and we sat in the car line for 2 1/2 hours for the south Florida fair and was turned away once we got to the gate. Safe to say I was not happy. So we decided to come here and they got us in right away for my daughter to have fun. They also gave her a birthday card with some stickers which was really cool. The atmosphere here was amazing and I look forward to coming more often.

We had a big company event here at drive shack in West Palm Beach last week and to say the least it was Amazing! We had great food, drinks and service thanks to our spectacular server Kristen Patten and the Drive Shack staff. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone planning to have a nice family night out or big special event, DRIVE SHACK IS THE WAY TO GO!!

Girls night out was fabulous!!! Food, drinks and lots of laughs with good friends. I will definitely recommend, ask for Coco!! Her fun personality and great customer service was over the top! Thank you Coco for making our experience eventful.
