My car was giving me problems for almost 2 years and a half. I was hesitant on getting a new car because of rates and pricing of cars and past experiences working with dealers. Until I went to KYLE at Kia. Made my experience go by very smooth and met all my needs. He found me exactly what I was looking for. Went through financing with Mr. Caesar and he made me feel at home and gave me great advice on life and paying off the car. All in all great place to get a car! Much blessings to the whole staff!

My Greenway Kia experience was exemplary. I live over in Jupiter and my experiences at Kia dealerships so far was lackluster at best compared to this location in West Palm Beach. It was worth the drive for the customer service I received. Each staff member was friendly and genuine, not your stereotypical manipulative car dealership team member. Emery, my service advisor, was especially authentic in his treatment of me and took great care of my car. He went above and beyond explaining to me the service my car was to receive and how the car components operated to make sure I was fully consenting and aware of the process. The receptionist at Greenway Kia was fast to answer her phone calls, enjoyable to speak to on the phone, and also kept me updated while my car was in service, giving me several options to choose from to accommodate my appointment preferences. The dealership was neat and clean and
offered great coffee. As someone who dreads visiting dealerships, my experience here was pleasant and I owe them the credit for my now perfectly functioning air conditioning in my vehicle.

I had a great experience here. Not sure if some of the people leaving bad reviews just had bad luck or maybe hard to please but in my case I was treated with respect from the time I came in and they worked with me to get a great deal on the car I wanted. I would definitely come back and do business with them again.

Reggie was awesome! Very polite and to the point no beating around the bush! He was honest with us from point A to point B. Reggie also kept us updated on when we were gonna go to finance and just sat down and chilled and had a conversation with us! Great customer service! We will be back in the Future to purchase more cars from Reggie!! Keep up the great work Reggie and you sure will Strive!!!

The team at this location is exceptional. Wayne, Eric, Andres, Bradley, Will. Everyone I encountered was kind and knowledgeable. They went out to their way to help, and I left with the car I wanted!! I am so happy with my 2024 Kia sportage! I can’t complain. I even had to call for a follow-up question and Wayne still retained the same customer service as the day I was in. Alex noticed what I found important as we test drove cars. They were able to recommend a car that I immediately fell in love with. Decide how much you’re comfortable spending before you walk in. They’re very helpful in getting you everything you want within that price range.

My service today was outstanding. The service advisors were informative. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed all the way through. I was referred to this dealership by Toby, who's my neighbor, and I am so glad he told me about this place. I drove from Fort Pierce and I purchased a used car. I was pleasantly surprised they had the car I wanted, and it was in great condition. Matthew Lewis was the one who helped me get the car I bought at a great price. He is a very nice guy and I felt he was really on my side throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me and he showed me great service. 3 months ago I had a bad experience at this dealership servicing dept. I had decided that I would not have returned to get my car service here anymore. So, I decided to give it another chance.
Yesterday , I had an appointment to service my car. And what a surprised ! .
The moment I stepped out of my car I felt the difference .
It was a pleasure to meet Alex. Alex was awesome! , very polite, pleasant attitude , accommodating and attentive, and helpful from the time I met him to when my car was completed.
Alex made sure I had a ride to work and also arranged a ride from work back to get my car.
Alex kept me informed as my car being serviced. My car was serviced and done in a timely manner and very importantly he communicated with me what my bill would be .
I just not want to thank Alex alone , but the technician who worked on my car. I don’t know your name , but thank you. The car wash crew thank you !

Honestly I would recommend everyone to check this dealership out, everyone I mean everyone is so kind and understanding, I have terrible credit and they never gave up on me and did everything they could to get me into the best car, now I’m starting to build my credit, Anthony, Wayne, Jason, and one of the top guys I can’t remember his name lol God sent, truly God sent…. I went car shopping this past weekend tried a few dealers but felt pressured then I came into Kia. I was met by Alex he had a pleasant attitude so we talked he showed me a vehicle I was interested in. We took a ride and soon realized the vehicle I wanted was not the one I wanted. He asked me a few questions to get to know my needs and wants and made a couple suggestions which were on point. We took a test drive in one of the vehicles he suggested and that was a winner. I was also in a hurry since I had a flight to catch, the whole team was great in accommodating my time crunch once I choose a vehicle (2024 Sportage.) Had the best experience car shopping that says a lot because we all know the stress it can involve. I would recommend anyone to go see them first and ask for Alex you won't regret it.
