Had a great experience at this Walgreens pharmacy thanks to John I called and asked for availability of a antibiotic and he confirmed that he had it and 25 minutes later I got there and it was ready again Thank you so much John

Compared to other Walgreens this staff is most friendly. Patient with explaining details. They can order if out of stock very help needed for me.

I see so many one stars! 4 me normal walgreen 4 stars -minus David's attitude- if you don't want to work, stay home - customers do not need your attitude.

Absolutely worst pharmacy in the business. The “manager” has been in this store too lang. She doesn’t care at all about customers. Completely unhelpful and dismissive. Highly recommend find another Walgreens. They’re on most corners. This one absolutely sucks

I purchased two bottles of biotin for my sister at the store. I observed a group of pharmacy technicians chatting instead of working, so I asked the blonde woman with long hair to check the item for me. However, she glared at me and told me that she works in the drive-through, before walking away to stand with a colleague. Under no circumstances should she treat someone this way. I'm in my second year of pre-med, and individuals like her have no place in the pharmacy section. I was also wearing my tomboy attire and am a member of the LGBT community. I don't think it's appropriate to treat others differently, as she did. Now I understand why this Walgreen's Google rating is two stars. I do not know if she discriminated against me, but she has a very uneducated demeanor and does not belong in Pharmacy.

I am a USMC veteran and in my time both on and off active duty I have used several Walgreens in various states and this is BY FAR THE WORST of them all. The staff is rude and condescending and any and all questions seem to be of the highest inconvenience to them. Worst of all, they managed to loose an e-script I had confirmed they had gotten before my refill date. When it came time to fill, it mysteriously vanished and they claim they never received it blaming it on my doctors office (who has never not sent or given me a script). Every time I tried to fill the same monthly prescription they said they needed my doctors authorization, even though I have a record of filling the same scripts through Walgreens for years, even at this specific location. I have been told one of my scripts needed to be ordered—two weeks later no one had bothered to order it. I have pulled all of my scripts and will never return to this location again. Moved to the forest hill location and have had a much smoother and enjoyable experience. Buyer beware, it’s not worth your valuable time to conduct business at this location. There are so many alternatives in the local area, this one should be considered a last resort in case of emergency. Even then, I would drive to another city if possible.

This Walgreens is very slow and has on more than one occasion gotten my fiance and myself medications wrong. They seem very understaffed. There is one blonde woman that works there that is friendly and helpful but the pharmacist are not very nice. I usually never write reviews but felt compelled to do this because of the things that we've seen happen here

Never had a issue with this Walgreens with my medication and I took my daughter to the ER last night and at 9:37 my medication for my daughter got sent over and they are telling me there is no record of anything that they have no record of her having anything sent to them from anyone for her but yesterday I got two different perceptions from this location but they have no record of it. Now that palms west sent my daughter medication in they are claiming there is no record of it and are 100% RUDE about it. I’ve never in my life ever had anyone act the way they did. Tell me they cannot speak to anyone they have to have palms west call them AGAIN and that they can’t confirm anything but how are you going to tell me that you never had any records of any medication for my daughter when I was at the location and picked it up from you yesterday afternoon around 3 PM.

This will be my last prescription that I ever get refilled here.

I was at the drive-through as I had cold food in the car. There was not a single person online. Then a man goes and he stands online inside of the store and then three more people came to stand online inside of the store.

The pharmacist technician looked at me and looked at another person inside ( pharmacist or technician) and then helped the people online instead.

I went inside to ask for manager and she walked back there and it was the same rude woman pharmacist / technician who I had had a problem filling my prescription the last time. Last time the dollar amount didn’t add up and she kept saying nothing she could do about it. I told her this was a good rx coupon for this pharmacy and refused to help. Also had to get the manager that time and the prescription she refilled was for 30 pills and my coupon was for 15 (only need 1/2 pill a day) I finally figured it out as she would not even try to help

Save the headache go across the street to CVS or use the Walmart in the same shipping center !

Slowest walgreens ive ever been to. Everytime I come to pick up my prescription and there is just one person ahead of me in the drive thru I am waiting minimum 20 minutes which is totally unacceptable. It is terrible. And unfortunately its my only option with our insurance. They need to either hire more staff or train the staff they have to move a little faster.

Worst customer service ever. Drive through is impossible. Not enough people working and the ones who ate working have no idea of CS. Go some place else. This location should be in Cuba no in the USA

The worst pharmacy service I’ve had. They will not communicate with you if a prescription is unavailable/approved until you get there. They make you wait forever to service (Drive thru and in store) and I’ve been helped by the same lady for over 5 years and she still doesn’t know my name.
