Jay and Domo were exceptionally friendly and helpful! I drove quite a distance out of my way to use this store, as some of the other stores have problems with their people skills. They are obviously enjoying working as a team, it was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, even though they were quite busy. They are knowledgeable about their business, and this was to my benefit! I shipped a large item I wouldn’t otherwise have shipped! Great store!

This UPS store is fabulous 💚 the store was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I had to ship out a small present they helped find a box to ship my item. They had a good selection of tape, boxes, and envelopes, etc. They also have printers for copying. I saw they have P.O. Boxes as you walk in which I believe is accessible 24/7 but I’m not 100 sure. I’d like to thank to incredible staff for all their help. I’ll definitely return for future shipping needs.

I understand my package arrived at its destination in perfect condition. They took extreme care in wrapping my item so no damage would result. Very very satisfied. And it also arrived a day earlier.

Extremely efficient, no-nonsense customer service, team members worked compatibly with each other and were cordial and courteous to customers, and the store has convenient parking.

The guys here are always nice and ofter great service. It's worth coming in for your shipping needs and a quick chat.

I frequent this UPS store for my Amazon returns and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff is always super friendly and efficient, making visits a pleasure. The wait time has always been short, and I appreciate that the staff is not only friendly but also knowledgeable. Additionally, I'm always greeted when I walk in, which is welcoming. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this UPS store to others and will continue to be back.

I’ve been going to this UPS store the last few months, seriously the best customer service EVER. They offered me a water bottle and a chair to sit down in while I waited for my items to be printed. And they are so kind! They go above and beyond. If your local, definitely give this location a try. I will not be going to any other stores but this one.

I needed a document notarized so I called ahead to confirm that a notary was working today. The staff were friendly and confirmed that there was a notary on duty and that no appointment was needed. Upon arrival there was no line and the notary was quick, efficient and professional while notarizing my document. The cost was approx. $8.50 for one page/one signature which I think is reasonable as it can be very difficult to find a notary. Of note, I had already visited a different UPS store first and had a terrible experience so not all UPS stores are equal. I would definitely return to the Lake Worth Rd./Lake Worth, FL UPS store in the future!

I have been to other UPS stores, but this UPS store is the best. The employees here are kind courteous and know what they're doing. This is the only UPS store I go to now. I can't thank them enough for all their help when I need to ship items, make copies, or have something notarized. Best store hands down.

The BEST place to go print anything. Best passport pictures service and quality. They make sure everything goes perfect. Don’t try any another store or brand if you want passport photos or print pictures and documents. The tall guy with dark hair is beyond nice. Million starts to them

Such a friendly place to go too. There always smiling no matter which employee you go too.

Great store. Very accommodating and wonderful personnel

Top notch customer service. I locked myself out of my car and couldn't have asked for nicer assistance. Mustafa and Kory called AAA for me, treated me to cafe con leche, kept me company while I waited and even kept a lookout to flag down the locksmith for me. All the while, they helped every person who came in with a sincere smile. The store is tiny BUT the best things come in small packages (pun intended lol). I also actually had business there and it was quick and easy. Newer store but great start - stop in and say hi (and bring these guys some Jupiter Donuts for me!)
