I was running late to work with my kids and my dog in tow. I couldn’t find my dog’s leash anywhere this morning…& I knew Jake’s Pet Supply was on my way. I called and explained the situation, asking if there was anyway I could do some kind of curbside transaction. Alex who took my call was SO helpful. He picked out a few leashes based on what I told him I was looking for, brought them out front and was there waiting as I pulled up. He found the perfect one. He allowed me to wait outside while he took my card to finish the transaction. Super helpful & friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! Alex is a major asset to the team.

The ONLY pet store I use and will continue to use for as long as I have pets. True customer service is hard to come by anymore and this store stands out for going above and beyond. Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and the owner has worked hand in hand with my to help me find a food and supplements to help with my dog's allergies. Best place for dog food, toys and treats! I don't got to petco or petsmart or pet supermarket anymore! The prices are great, I always find everything I'm looking for. The employees are very helpful too. Me and my 3 dogs love this place!

You will find absolutely everything you need for your fur baby and more. Friendly employees and great environment. My puppy loved it! By far the largest selection of toys, care products, food, treats, and accessories. Prices are similar to mainstream pet store retailers such as Petco with options for multiple budget types.

First Time here and what an awesome pet store! Are you looking to shop local than this is the store for you. The staff is absolutely amazing and even carried out the dog food for us. They are so friendly and helpful unlike other stores here. They have every dog food and some I've never heard of before. They have toys, treats and more and more. I will shop here over any other pet store in town for my dogs. You haven't tried this store you need to get down there they do it right.

Since moving to West Palm, this place has been a game changer. They have such a huge variety of items from food and treats to everything related to your pets health. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I used to order a lot of items from Amazon, but Jake's prices were actually cheaper, and they have a rewards program that you actually earn free items. Win win for me!

This place is amazing, large variety of brands to choose from. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The products you purchase are stored under your profile in there computer system. They do home deliveries which is even better considering you can just pick up the phone and say "hey I would like to place an order for home delivery and get exactly everything I purchased the last time I was in the store". I would advise you to make a list before you get there because the Shopping Plaza has no cellular service so you can't call home.

We went here on the recommendation from Big Hearts 4 Paws Rescue! They have such a large selection of pet food that I've never seen before! We got introduced to Fromm's puppy/dog food and will be using that from now on. We got an engraved pet tag at their little kiosk. The owner was there and he was so great.
