Great sales right before Christmas. Good customer service.

The optical department is a big plus in the store. The technician is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He offers suggestions and provides options but isn't pushy. With various sales throughout the year, they're certain to have a bargain whenever you stop by.

Always a great place to shop. They had a great event for kids and gave the parents coupons. Who doesn't love a great coupon.

Unfortunately but true, I had a great experience. I went for a haircut and the stylist was excellent, very surprised I do have a great haircut! Then I decided to walk around the store and I found some clfor my grandchildren. Costumer service was kind and pleasant, the store was clean and nice. So, thanks for the amazing service!

Maria was the nicest sales lady i ever met.
I bought a pendant heart for my sisters birthday. She asked me what type I was looking for. She was so helpful in picking the perfect one. If she was not there to help guide me to the correct one i am not sure i would of found it by myself. This lady was so kind and sweet that I wanted to give her a hug. She was so patient with me as she was showing me multiple items before we found the perfect one. I had no idea on which one to get but she helped me with that. I will definitely be coming back here to get more jewelry in the future.

Considering it is black Friday, things were wonderful! It was all hands on deck! And the employees were still cheerful! It was 8pm and there were still alot of hot items in stock! Great sales! The floors were covered in smashed leaves, but that is to be expected with the high foot traffic. :) great experience!

Good prices, good customer service. Store clean and a lot of hand sanitizing stations throughout.
Things do get a bit disheveled but if everyone put things back where they got it, it would make things run smoother! Saw a lot of employees trying to keep things organized.

Great place to work speaking from experience and I have always enjoyed shopping here. The quality of clothing is great and the A.N.A jeans are the best. There is also an extensive clearance section available year round.

Very dependable family store. Its my go to for the entire family. Unusually quiet in there tonight, but the cashier in customer service, Ian was very helpful and pleasant. Thanks for making my shopping experience more enjoyable!

I had a really successful shopping trip, I got all the rest of the clothes I need for the winter this school year. It was the most fortunate I have been when it comes to back to school shopping. They do run out of stock for school supplies quite easily though.

Purchased jewelry for myself and a watch for my husband two weeks ago. The associate there name Sherry Sch. (Morning shift) was absolutely amazing with helping us find the right watch for my husband and helping me get my Tahitian pearl ring and necklace. She was very professional as well as answered all our questions and even well informed us of our product protection plan. Thank you!!

We have been coming here for haircuts for Caleb since he was about 3, and Anne-Marie has faithfully been there every time. Sometimes in the early years there were tears, more often now there's laughter. She always does a great job, and our boy always looks super handsome when she is done!

Love this retail store! They always have something to fit the occasion. I've never left without finding what I went in their for. The store is fairly clean and lines move pretty quickly.

I've always been a big fan of JCPENNEY. Great deals. Great service. And great selection. Stopped in on my lunch break to get a pair of shoes. Walked out with 3 new shirts a pair of pants and new shoes. All for under a $105.00 Score!

JCPENNEY is a great place to shop for the entire family. They always have great sales and coupons to use like taking an extra 15 or 20% off of your purchases. My favorite coupon is the tiered one, $10 off $25, $20 off $50, etc. and let's not forget the mystery scratch off cards. The last time I scratched off one I actually got 50% off of my entire purchase! WoW! The Memorial day sale was spectacular!
