American Eagle & Aerie Store

Went into the store today to do an online purchase return. I was quickly greeted by the store manager, Brandy, who was beyond helpful! She went out of her way to help me find some jeans that fit me very well, and her customer service was unmatched. I have to admit I am mostly an online shopper, and this was the first in-store experience I had had in a long time, and she made it very pleasant and enjoyable! Highly recommend going to see her for any of your clothing needs

Never met a more friendly staff! Joey was awesome, Emma the manager was helpful, The Quieter short girl was stocking jeans over and over again which I appreciated (been there, done that); Overall had a great experience and I will definitely be coming here again!

Just want to say I received exceptional service here. Claire was working at the time and treated me so kindly and quickly and I will definitely be going back. Honestly Claire is exceptional at her job and I'm excited to tell my girlfriends about this new location and exceptional service here!

I don’t come here much anymore and was shopping for a birthday gift for a friend. I had looked throughout the store for a specific Jean and had no luck. Leann was so pleasant and helpful, she found what I needed it great time and her service was amazing. Will come back to deal with great customer service again.

Hey name is Kim I'm 50 with a 14 yr daughter went to the store on 16th August, the young lady that helped us was great Her name was Lexi she went out of her way to please me . In this time it's seems hard to find a great worker that cares about their job ,but I found I one. Girl keep that up and you will see. Thanks again from Gloucester County. .....

Amazing customer service. The associates are all kind and helpful. Everyone had a smile and were willing to go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience.
