I had an exceptional shopping experience in Dillard's men's department that I simply must share. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with an atmosphere of true friendliness and great attitudes.

Not only were the employees friendly, but their product knowledge was impressive as well. They guided me through the various sections, offering insights and recommendations tailored to my preferences. Their expertise helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and even introduced me to some stylish options I hadn't considered. Thank you for helping me find my 70's-night outfit for my upcoming cruise!

I just want to give a big shoutout to my customer service rep at the men's fragrances counter at Dillard's, Holly Greene. She was so fantastic! She showed me several colognes, as I am very particular, but she was very patient and fast to help me choose the one for me today. She is very good at what she does and her product knowledge level was amazing and very professional. I recommend you ask for her when you are there and need help finding just the right fragrance. She'll get you going in the right direction. I learned there are many types of fragrances so when she knows what you like, she can make a good assessment of others in a similar category and steer you in the right direction to help you pick. Great sale items, employees stay watching u like a hawk a bit uncomfortable but just look mad and they will more likely not bother u . They assume everyone is out stealing smdh

I lost a lot of weight but had not shopped in a while. Sophia, Samantha, and Heather (intimate apparel) were the most helpful sales associates. Sophia helped me realize I was no longer wearing women’s plus sizes; Samantha gave me so many options to choose from; and, Heather made sure my shape wear would accentuate my wardrobe. Dillards Patrick Henry Mall, you have three gems in your store. These ladies represent your store phenomenally! Thank you, ladies. I am forever grateful.

We were looking to see what kind of suits my fiance and our son were going to get for the wedding this fall and we originally stopped at men's wearhouse. We received awful service there (I left them a review too).
Luckily I decided to sway my fiance into taking a look at Dillard's to try some things on and get an idea of what sizes we were looking for. We walked into Dillard's and whatever experience we were expecting from men's wearhouse was completely exceeded. Do not waste your time, energy, or money dealing with the jerks at men's wearhouse. Seriously just drive two minutes over and go to Dillard's, Jim gave us the most incredible customer service, experience, and memory there today. Men's wearhouse being absolutely awful was actually a blessing in disguise and we ended up making purchases right then and there at Dillard's less than an hour after.
We could not be happier with our service thus far and we cannot wait to see the custom suits in two weeks! I was not expecting such care in this experience and Jim really was such an angel. He made this experience better than we could have dreamed, it was easy and he knew everything about anything to do with suits! And as stylish as he looked himself, I really felt like we could trust his judgement in the entire process.

The gentleman in Men's dress provided the best customer service of any store I've ever visited. Knowledgeable, patient, and all around a man of true quality. I only wish I could remember his name, to commend him for his service.

This store does not sell duckhead brand pants. I went to other places and apparently duckhead is not sold anywhere! So I returned to Dillard's because the sales guy there was personable. He showed me the khaki pants available and I bought them here. Good/Great customer service will bring me back every time!

Had a great experience shopping at Dillard's today. Samanta Taylor, a stylist in women's apparel worked so well with my 88 year old mom, Miriam and helped her get some beautiful new outfits
. She is very knowledgeable about fit and knows the merchandise. Thanks to Samanta!

The men's area associate was helpful and kind

Jim in the Men’s Department is amazing! Maybe the best service I have ever had anywhere! We were buying dress shirts and ties for my son for a new suit. Jim went above and beyond in such a kind and friendly manner. Very knowledgeable and shared great tips and insight. Really appreciate such a great experience and a wonderful person. Thanks, Jim!

Jim was absolutely amazing! Me and my fiancé are getting married in a week and his top button wasn’t fitting. Jim felt like our personal shopper and helped us solve our problem, while also making us laugh. He’s a great guy!

I don't remember the gentlemens name but he was excellent; he was very helpful and fast when it came to picking out shoes and pants. 10/10 would go back to get all my mens dress apparel from him again.

I love the women's clothing selection, the shoes , jewelry , lingerie , makeup and skincare , home decor and the sales ! There are always plenty of sales associates around to help you but they are never pushy ! Oh , they have nice men's wear too !

We have become Dillard customers since Dec, 2022. Every month we go shopping and always had exquisite service.

I found a dress here that I have been searching for for over a year now. And it only cost$40. I couldn't even find this dress on Amazon.

Every time we go in to the fragrances we get great customer service! And we love having Eraterina takes such great care of her guests/customers. And she makes sure she gives you the utmost attention when taking care of your shopping needs.
