This is an awesome business with so many doctor's, , all of them are specialists. I had severe pain for a long time and it had gotten to the point where I couldn't walk, Dr. Carter was highly recommended and I am happy to say he did an amazing job on my hip replacement back in 2020. He's definitely my favorite surgeon. I was pleased with the friendliness of that entire office from beginning to end, I could not ask for a better sweet,kind and caring doctor who explains everything in full detail so you fully understand his plan of care ( surgerys ) the entire office staff are very professional and caring as well.. I highly recommend Dr Carter for an amazing .

This is the most efficiently run doctor’s office I have ever been in. They look at the problem immediately with an x ray. They diagnose, and tell you what to do next. The most amazing thing is the x ray. So fast. So complete. They don’t pretend to know and tell you to do therapy. They look beyond the skin, make sure they know what’s causing the pain, and then give a remedy. I love going to HRO ♥💕❤♥💕❤

I was in excruciating, knife-stabbing pain from my left hip to my left knee, beginning 2/8 and continuing through the weekend (2/11). Thankfully on Monday I was able to get an appointment with my orthopedi c surgeon's office. (He had performed total hip replacement for my left hip a few years before, and I thought it was a problem with my hip replacement.) I wasn't able to see the surgeon, but I did get to see his PA, Sarah. After looking at the x-rays and examining the area of pain, she said, "I don't think it's your hip, but it looks like it may be tendonitis of the tendons around your hip." She gave me an injection of cortisone, and within hours the pain had essentially disappeared. PTL

My visit with Dr Badder was amazing. He made me feel important and didn't discount my injury. I would 100% recommend him and the staff. They all were nice and I did not have to wait long. I'll go here for all my injuries.

Outstanding group of doctors. This is the 4th time I have used them. Dr. Aldridge has always been very professional and polite. He explains everything in layman's terms. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Got there early. Was checked in, had X-rays, saw the doctor and checked out before my original appointment time. Very efficient and smooth running operation on all employees parts.

Hampton roads orthopedic is a great place to have any replacements. They are very attentive to your needs. They making sure that everything goes correctly. I will recommend them to anyone that have problems with their hips or their knees.

Been going to HROSM for a long time been seeing Dr. Keller since I think 2012 for of my feet. He did surgery on both feet. Just saw him yesterday for plantar fasciitis is one of the best foot doctors I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a few. This office is always very pleasant. Everyone’s extra friendly they’re very quick. I’ve seen Dr. Aldridge here in the past. He’s amazing as well. Both him and Dr. Keller have great bedside manner and are very personable doctors that care.

The staff is amazing. They really listen to what you have to say and do everything in there power to help. One of the major positive things my family enjoys is they always try to fix things without surgery. But when surgery is needed they work with you to make it as quick and painless as possible. The practice is the only practice my family uses for neck and back issues. I would strongly recommend HROSM to anyone.

I called the office for an appointment and obtained one in two days. I saw Dr. Aldridge and he decided I needed surgery on my right side SI joint. After my primary care physician signed surgical clearance, my surgery was scheduled. I went for my first follow 12 days later. An X-ray was preformed and I saw the doctor. He answered all questions and I was out within 20 minutes! He said I was doing great. It’s been almost a month since my surgery and I feel wonderful. A real person answers the phone - not just voicemail. I am very impressed with Dr. Aldridge and this practice.

After having several disappointing consults with another provider who gave me conflicting diagnoses over multiple visits, I found the services provided by both PA Jenna Crockett and Dr. Anthony Carter refreshing. It gave me a renewed sense of hopefulness that a solution to the problem WILL be forthcoming. Very nearly like they are offering me a new lease on life! Excellent providers, both!

Dr. Keller was very thorough and answered my questions without hesitation.
We discussed my issues and he provided sound recommendations. The staff was very courteous and professional as well.

I am writing this review for my husband- he never writes reviews and I always do. My hubs is a 76 yrs young, very active, plays competitive tennis and even coaches high school tennis in his retirement. We both come from a healthcare background so we know the ropes. I’m a Registered Nurse and have been in healthcare since 1978, I also set the bar pretty high when it comes to standards of care. When my husband needed a hip replacement he turned to Dr Cavasos. I cannot sing the praises louder for Dr Cavasos, in every way how he cared for my husband. Professional, personable, kind and extremely caring! And, indeed what a skilled surgeon! My husband followed the post- op orders to the T and was back playing tennis and coaching after his first follow-up appointment about a month later. I was absolutely amazed at his recovery. I’d like to add, that the surgery took place at Sentara Williamsberg where everything went smoothly. Dr Cavasos came out to the waiting room to speak with me after the surgery, his bedside manner is so very kind and patient, I truly felt my hubs was in the very best of hands! Thank you Dr Cavasos and your entire wonderful staff!

The best practice and caring people. I was with my wife when she was seeing Dr Baddar about a hip problem. I mentioned something to Dr. Adar about a trigger finger issue I was having but I was unable to get an appointment today He said we will get you in. I checked my wife out of her appointment and the assistant made an appointment for me to see Ron, Dr Baddar’s PA. Within 10 minutes I was with Ron and he gave me a shot to relieve the trigger pain. Amazing service. We live about 45-50 minutes from the office and it was really a big help for them to fit me in without an appointment. Thank you to a great team of people who care about their patients.

Dr. Anthony Carter is the best in the area for knee replacement surgery - which is what I had. That is what I heard from other surgeons, physical therapists, and patients. And that has been my experience! In addition to his excellence in medical and surgical proficiency, he pays attention to details, stays on the leading edge of care, and on top of that is very kind!! I could not imagine going to anyone else, and am honored to recommend him!!!

From kids to myself, HROSM has always been there for us. We have scheduled fast emergency surgeries to same day/next day appointments, when possible of course, and from xrays to MRIs. Staff, Aids, and Doctors are always giving different options for care so that you can make an informed decision. Special Thanks to the many docs and teams keeping our family moving: Dr. Baddar, Dr. Kerner, Dr. Swenson, Dr. Keller, Dr. Aldridge, and PT Dr. Forrest & teams, you all rock!

Everyone in the practice seems very happy and enjoy taking care of people. PA Andrew Johansen takes great care of me and is always happy to see me. I don’t mind in fact I look forward to going to the Doctors thanks to Dr Andrew.

Dr. Carter is the best. Would see no other Orthopedic Surgeon. If we move away from the area, would still come back here just to see him. As a prior physical therapist, that says a lot!

The best place for all Orthopedic care. Jenna who is Dr Anthony Carter is one of his PA's is so great. She is one of the best assets for HROSM. Not looking forward to my knee replacement but with Jenna on my side I feel calmer.
