One of my favorite targets I love a good target trip. It’s useful to be signed up with the target rewards granted they want you to spend X! Amount of money to actually qualify for $5-15 gift cards you get for using the rewards but it’s easy to rack up a hefty amount. I just love target period

This is one of my favorite Target locations in the local area. The staff is always super friendly, sales and clearance is clearly marked, well stocked, etc. 100% recommend this Target location.

Clean, organized, and you found everything you were looking for. This store seems a little small compared with other target stores, but it is way much more organized than the others. The team members are always polite and they are looking to help you with whatever you need.

I love Target. The store is clean and neat. I can always find what I need at Target.

It was refreshing to experience great customer service in the retail industry doesn't happen often since retail is a customer service based industry FYI avoid Walmart at all cost

Target Drive Up is fast, efficient & free! It’s the only pick up service I use. All the drive up team members are great. Target NNVA you guys rock!

Love love love Target. The Christmas tree selection is not great. All of the decor and clothes are adorable.

I enjoy shopping at Target for their great selection of merchandise. The prices can be a little high however they have wonderful sales. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Target in Newport News on Jefferson Avenue is one of the best Target stores in the Hampton Roads area. It has some beautiful merchandise currently. I could spend some money and time in there! My daughter and I had a good time in there over the weekend. Our family really likes it. We will be back!

Very good place to shop has lots of great deals and very good customer service

I ordered several items from target with a two hour pick up window. It was extremely easy to use the app to find and order my items. I then went to the store, parked and us the app on my phone to identify my parking spot and let them know I was there. It took less than a minute for the employee to bring out my items. One of the best ordering apps and process I’ve ever used!

Ordering online was quick and easy. I was notified that my order was ready to pick up in a relatively short time. Upon arriving in the store, there was an extended delay due to the line at the customer service desk. Once I was served in line, it didn't take long to get the item I ordered.

Great selection, helpful employees, love this place and best of all they were open until 11:00 pm on Christmas Eve for our last minute shopping.

This location has consistently been a pleasant place to shop for years, and I'm taking the time to finally write a review in order to give Adrienne a shout out! Her attention to detail was equal parts conscientious and thoughtful, making my checkout experience the highlight of my trip! She set aside my combo-sale type items so that they all rang up at the same time. She set aside both caffeinated drinks for me. She wrapped my breakable item so thoroughly that the friend I bought it for even complimented me on it!

I love target they have products I cannot get anywhere else and the prices are very affordable and it is a calming shopping experience in such a clean organized place

Optical department was very helpful. I was in an out very quickly. They were able to price it immediately.
