I agree on watching the prices I went Wednesday before the holiday and the regular was 2.05 but the premium was 2.74 I thought it's usually a .10 cents graduation between grades, and this was almost .70 cents from reg. to premium. Also I don't think the pump was working correctly.

I would give this zero stars if I could...I was there today, the two young people that were standing there were busy talking about their kids being with their father and getting a break they was not paying attention to helping me at all. This is the worse Shell station. Normally, I bypass them and go to the one on Som, because they are rude and unprofessional everytime I patronize this location. From the management down to the cashiers, these are nasty women. These people absolutely needs to be replaced!

Rude long nailed, headset listening employee! Have to find better help in such a nice neighborhood, keep that trash in East Cleveland. There's a reason she can't hear customers, she has AirPods in and get's snappy with people! I'll take my business somewhere else until they figure it out. Don't go into the store, nasty women work there.

Most of the workers are very rude here. They give you a huge attitude if you ask them to do anything besides stand there and ring you up. Then they act like your bothering them and are condescending to you. Despite living close to the station I now make it a point never to return there. They have made it very clear that they don't want my business

Congrats you get zero stars from me yeah! Listen, to me closely this gas station is the Scam Artist! They had debit my card for more then 170$ can you believe that? I ran back into the gas station to tell them what just happen n the manager said, "Oh I'm sorry about the transaction you will have to talk to corporate about this." I only purchase 20$ for gas and they debit my card twice and for what?? Security purposes well that's an alarming amount of 💰 to take from ppl card 😤 Like Really? are you guys kidding me ugh.I thank God that I have a text alert on my card because if I wouldn't have known that my card was debited for more than $170, shell gas station would have ripped me off of my money. This message is for Shell gas station! You bet not delete my post cuz guess what Ima keep posting so ppl will know exactly how you guys do business their and don't make me call Fox 8 News to expose you all cuz I know people there personally goodbye.

Not sure why they can’t provide me with gas prices over the phone but plz give me Corporate number

Your price is way too high you need to cut it
The BP is 20 cents cheaper for premium
Costco is 50 cents cheaper
