JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Get place! Needed fabric to make a sock for a home made foam machine. I don't know the first thing about sewing and barely can spell it. Employee was extremely helpful! They made my project a success!

This store was organized nicely and very clean.
Kalyn was very helpful and encouraging while cutting fabric and helping me finding things for my first sewing project! They also shared some of their personal projects with me which was very inspiring! Hope to see their smiling face next time I stop in!

Had to buy tags and walked around entire store. There was long line at register but it was moving quickly with 2 cashiers. A young lady approached me and asked if I needed help finding something. I explained what I was looking for and she did not say isle 17, she said follow me and took me across the entire store right to what I was looking for. Nice service. Thank you!

My favorite JoAnns! The greatest staff; they are friendly and fun, and they know their stuff. If you need advice or ideas the staff are crafters themselves and are always happy to help or discuss your projects. Great selection of products.

It was almost closing time and being a person with a history in retail I felt terrible that I was coming in - but I was happily surprised by the team when they welcomed me with open arms, assisted me with my questions, and were just delightful at the cash register. Fayme and Robbi made the last-minute shopping quick and easy and helped me not feel terribly guilty about shopping right before close. These team members are fantastic and must be recognized as providing EXCELLENT customer service, especially given the time of night. Thank you so much ladies for making my evening fun and sharing in some laughter. Worth the trip!

Then the next day - I have to honestly give Ty & Nicole a much needed pat on the back as well - the confusion with the FolkArt paint was too much for me to handle but Ty & Nicole made it seamless and very calming.

This team is a great team and should be recognized for their efforts on continuing to make crafting FUN!

Of all the craft stores I've been in, this one had the most friendly and helpful staff. Oh.... and they are pet friendly as well! It's worth driving further to this store for the support and assistance you'll get!

Great fabrics and deals with coupons. Doing some recovering of dining room table chairs.

The ladies at the fabric cutting station were helpful and showed me a trick to later cut my faux fur fabric. Registers were fast and friendly. Everything was well organized making my quick trip, actually quick.

Always fun to shop with holiday sales

I love this store! I have taken 3 sewing classes here with the same teacher and she was awesome! She took the time to answer all my questions and even wrote down specific steps when I asked. I will definitely be going back in the New Year to take even more!

Absolutely enjoyed my class with April!!!! It was fantastic... I went in not knowing a thing about sewing and came out with a beautiful pillow! The people there ranged from younger to older and although two did not show i felt it was a very informative class. I took my own machine and now i know something about it.. it's time it starts paying for itself! :-)

Employees are always willing to help! Went above and beyond to find the fabric I was looking for even though they had to direct me to a different Joanns location. Always have a pleasant visit here.

Favorite craft store. It would be nice if you could ever use all of the coupons that you receive. I've noticed that once you get a really good coupon, everything that you may want to use it on, is on sale! It never fails, you get a great 60% off coupon, everything is ON SALE!🤔

When I walk through the doors, I know I will find exactly what I'm looking for and more. There are so many creative people there who are very patient and helpful. Great shopping experience!

OMG! Amazing store if you are a craft addict. Books, sewing products, painting stuff, wood related, jewelry, what ever you can do with your hands you find here the merchandise for it.
Definitely worth a visit (or more)!

Like the new feature on their website that lets me estimate how much of a particular fabric they will have before I leave the house. I usually don't shop at this one but the ones on my side of town were lower stock of the fabric I wanted so I drove the 45min to this one (with a side-trip to Microcenter and Half-Priced Books, because I'm crafty AND nerdy).

Always seem to have what I need at a good price. If you download their mobile app you have access to coupons and additional savings. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the stores always clean and organized.

I love Joann Fabrics! The sales lady helped me a lot on what sewing machine does what. So this way I was able to figure out which one was best for me.

I do not know much about fabric but Allison a young lady who just graduated from high school was incredible and helped me get exactly what I needed. So patient with me!!! Loved my experience
