I had the privilege of encountering outstanding customer service during my visit to Dave's Supermarket on Wilson Mills Road in Richmond Heights, Ohio, on February 7, 2024, at 5:01 pm. Kira, the cashier who checked me out, left an indelible impression with her remarkable service, making me feel genuinely valued and appreciated.

From the moment I approached the checkout counter, Kira's welcoming smile and positive attitude set the tone for a memorable shopping experience. Her exceptional empathy and attentiveness were evident as she engaged me in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming and personalized environment.

When I visit this store it's rarely busy. Quick in and out. And they have self checkout too, for even faster in and out. Plus they have a state store for liquor

I love their fried chicken from the deli counter. It's hot and ready to eat.

Honestly, I go to different grocery stores for different reasons but this is the place I go for good, clean, fresh produce and high quality deli options (Boar's Head).

This Dave's has the most FRESH Produce of all the grocery store chains in the city of Cleveland !!!

Dave's Markets are pretty good neighborhood stores that cater to the community they're in and have pretty good customer service and are well stock

This is the local Dave's Market everyone knows. Not sure what your looking for in this review, they have a state liquor store so get your drink, get your snacks and get your groceries and shop

Dave's is one of my go-to stores. Especially if I want something a little different.

Very nice clean store. Employees are very polite and helpful unlike the store in Cleveland Heights. The deli is top notch. The prepared food looked and tasted amazing. I tried the fried chicken and perch with jo jo potatoes. Shelves were well stocked. I like the fact there there are not a lot of Employees stocking shelves as I shopped. I will go again

This is my third time visiting this location. The store is clean, carts were available, and the aisles weren't cluttered with displays. I'm still learning the layout of the store. Help was available with locating an item. Workers I encountered were friendly and professional.

Very good meat selections including smoked items. Best chicken salad in the area! Can always find specialty fresh herbs and ethnic food items as well. Management is very attentive to customer needs, feedback and appearance of store. Staff very friendly and efficient.
