Heinen's Grocery Store

Have been going to this store for years, always a great experience. Decided to leave a review today because I had to call the store to check on something, and their hold music was a lineup of absolute bangers. Transferred from customer service? Hang out with Duran Duran for a minute. Meat department has to check on something? That’s cool, Phil Collins will sooth your anxieties about whether sliced sirloin showed up on the truck today. 10/10 would recommend, will return tomorrow to dance in the bread aisle

Just had the turkey and mashed potatoes from the prepared foods and it was Outstanding!! This was the best prepared meal I have ever had there!! Hopefully this meal is here to stay!!

Fantastic Grocery store in Mayfield Village. They recently added a feature to be able to take your carts outside which is really nice. They used to only allow grocery pickup, where someone has to put your groceries in your car, or you can carry your bags to your car if you can carry all your groceries. They are finally adding self-checkout lanes which will be a great store enhancement! I love their sushi, homemade bread, the bakery and prepared foods. Great store to shop at for your weekly grocery needs.

I've been coming to the Mayfield Village location for years. The store is very clean with helpful staff. The shelves have the products all brought towards the front of the shelf. It's a rare occasion when you see a food product you need and you have to reach all the way towards the back of the shelf to get it out.

I tried the new self check out today. I don't mind using self check out and even though some people think stores will totally go away with having cashiers, I disagree. Heinens will always have cashiers. The new self check out is easy to use and payment is only credit card and I believe you can pay using a Heinens gift card at the stations too. There's a Heinens employee in the self check out area if you need help.

The prices are slightly higher, but I believe the quality of food is still exceptional 👌

Always a pleasant experience shopping at this Heinen's store. The produce is always fresh and the workers are always smiling and ready to help.

Very nice, clean and upscale grocery store. Even the parking lot is freshly paved and painted.

This was an awesome experience. Similar to a whole foods or sprouts here in the south. But I enjoyed it alot more. Lots of quality fresh made items, nice clean environment and the staff was very nice. I'm not from the area so I felt the eyes looking my way but it items and shopping experience made up for it.

Nice store. Lots of higher end products but you pay for the premium. Found some of the things we wanted to grab we had been looking for. We will be back

Love Heinen's. Yes, may be a bit more expensive, but quality produce, butcher, selection across the board. Prepared foods are decidedly expensive, but good selection. Nice bakery goods. Addicted to their Raspberry "cookies," and Peanut Butter cookies.

Love this place. Never a bad experience. Especially this past weekend I got some oysters and the guy behind the seafood counter was super knowledgeable and friendly. Excited to go back and get some more! Thank you guys for a great experience time after time.

This is a very upscale market. If you want a fabulous selection of produce, imported cheese, deli meats, condiments and fresh bakery and meats and seafoods this is where you will find them. I was amazed at how big this store is and it was very busy! Customer service is top notch too! 🙂✅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Strange grocery store. From the outside it’s prison annex lookalike, on the inside it’s a regular satire has some very nice stuff, some unique some not. Staff not friendly but they did their job adequately.

I always like going to Heinens. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful to customers shopping. I am not used to this location as I frequently go to S. Green Rd. Employees were helpful in finishing the last few items I needed.

My 9 year old autistic son was getting anxious, and they were able to get me to the items I needed quickly before we had a total meltdown.

Always a great place to get fresh local groceries that are well stocked throughout the year. Heniens service and products consistently deliver.

This is such a unique super market with upscale foods, bakery items, beer, wine and more. They sell a folding carrying box for groceries that I use not only for groceries but almost everything I do each day. I highly recommend this location with friendly staff and a wonderful shopping experience. Don't forget to get one of their reusable carry boxes!

I'm happy when I go to Heinen's.
I think they're a little pricey but, it's worth it. I'm always satisfied with what I buy as far as the meats and Fresh Vegetables.

Always love a good grocery store. Heinens carries some items hard to find elsewhere. Like certain spices, cuts of meat and cheeses to name a few.
