This is 1 of those places for crafty people. I am not crafty. I walk in and instantly think I can be crafty. It's a trick, my friends. $100 later, and I haven't made a thing I can show, but it was a good sale on already made stuff, so I should've just stayed in my lane. 🤷🏽‍♀

The most helpful staff you’ll ever find. Honesty isn’t always easy in business and before I spent the money on a wood burner the staff (avoiding names) actually told me Home Depot had a better selection. They price match to any competitor + 10%, they have a huge selection of merchandise, and while you shop for your items there’s a kids section too! Funko pops, science kits, all kinds of toys and build it items. This is the perfect DIY place.
Pro Tip: There is ALWAYS a coupon for something crazy, 40% your most expensive items or something.
Pro Tip: Your receipt will contain a crazy coupon too! Mine was 50% any item in the store.

Suzanne in the frame department was amazing to work with! She spent time with me helping pick out frames for 3 of my pieces. She was incredibly professional and had great ideas to help my prints really pop! I picked them up recently, on the exact day she said they would be ready and everything looks fantastic! Will definitely be coming back.

Want to give a shout-out to Lori at this store. Picked up an online order, only to find out 2 of the items were out of stock in that specific color. She told me they had them in others colors, which I was okay with. I had my dog with me and could not go inside to purchase myself, so she went out of her way to get the replacement items- and redo the transaction so that I would get the original deal I had gotten when I first placed the order. Great customer service and just a wonderful person!

The custom framing department did a fantastic and extremely professional job framing this VERY LARGE NASA Apollo mission poster!

The store was clean and organized. They seemed to have more wedding stuff in store than they did the last time I looked, which was great. They used to have a wheelchair available, but there wasn't one this time, so that was disappointing. It made me have to spend less time there.

I was picking up a curbside order for my sister and I believe them employees name was Suzanne. She was off and about to leave but stopped to see who I was picking up for and went inside and grabbed it for me. I truly appreciated it.

Who has ever stepped into a craft store and not had your creative juices flowing? There is always a variety of everything. This store is generally well stocked. They offer fun classes if you are looking for a Saturday activity with the little ones while you browse. Their sales and promos are amazing. Anything you ever wanted to try your hand at, there is something here. The baking section is awesome. With all the tools supplied here, even an amateur like me can pull off something pretty amazing. The staff is knowledgable as well. Always helpful.

I went in for acrylic paint. I found a wonderfully appointed store, clean and very eye appealing. I like clean organized stores it makes shopping easy and enjoyable. I lingered looking at their creative projects and displays.
I found a few things on sale that I treated myself to.
Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

There's something for every level of crafter here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean. I like that they put out seasonal items early enough that you have time to finish crafts for decor or gifts!

Even as a guy I have nothing bad to say about Michael's. For the last year or so the decorations I've bought for my house have come from here and there's almost always sales on something unique. Definitely appreciate the discounted candles of various seasonal scents.

I'm no crafter but my daughter took me there too find some picture frames. They had a nice selection and the prices were pretty good. We found just what we needed!
