The LEGO® Store Beachwood

It's a dream for people who love Legos. I went there to get gifts for my nephews, who love them and was able to find something within my budget. Steven, Megan and Kevin are true lifesavers for people like me, who are clueless. Their displays also are very helpful in visualizing what I'm buying.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a ton of really cool sets, and the build your own Minifigures station is always super cool to explore. Great place to go for gifts for the entire family. Missing a piece? They have a pick a brick wall with a lot of common, and some not so common, pieces to make your own set or finish a set missing pieces!

Another visit today. Picked up the new creative Ecto 1 set. It’s an absolutely masterpiece and I can’t wait to assemble it and display it in my collection. The staff are extremely helpful and outgoing. Very informative and knowledgeable.

Love the LEGO store. Was able to pickup my very own Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters here.

Was at the store a while back and had a gentleman named Connor assist me with my purchases. He was absolutely fantastic and assisted my grandchildren with selecting their favorite set. So excited to build with them. Thank you lego and Connor.

Usually purchase Lego kits online but recently been browsing in person. Staff are very helpful especially when debating between different sets. Very kid friendly atmosphere with several different sets to interact with.

As the only Lego store in this area it is the best Lego store the friendliest staff so helpful and cheery I love going here! My son is a complete Lego fan and always enjoys going here to get his Legos even though we are an hour and a half away!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff always greet us with enthusiasm. They're always willing to lend a helpful hand. Its nice to visit a store where the staff is excited about the product as much as you. Store is always clean and well stocked.

My husband loves coming here. They have creative builds that aren't a part of the traditional boxed sets, there are Legos out for kids (even big kids) to play. We've found that prices are the same in store as they are anywhere else.

I have never had a negative experience with any employee of this store, which my family has been visiting regularly since attending the grand opening nearly a decade ago. The staff are caring and compassionate, knowledge and passionate about the products but never pushy about making purchases. The shopping experiences at this location are about as close to ideal as I can imagine, including their level of supporting my shopping independently as a wheelchair user. This is where I go when my mood needs a lift, it never fails to do that due to the way the staff engages. It is my go-to happy place outside my home when the weather is icky.

Released my husband here for Valentine's. He played nicely with others and the store clerks returned him to me in one piece. May consider using this place for his enrichment hour activity in the future.

My son had worked very hard to earn the R2D2 Lego set. We arrived on labor day to purchase the item and it was sold out. The great staff on that day helped us order one on line to be shipped to our home. It arrived that Friday afternoon. Thank you for the great customer service you gave us that day. 5 stars from the Chromjak- Harris family.

Nice clean store. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even though the store is out of my way and I could just order online. I do, from time to time, like going to the store.

The staff is absolutely wonderful at this store! Kevin and Dion were so kind and incredibly helpful. This was our second visit to this location and we are already excited about a third visit. Our six-year-old has been in LEGO heaven each time we've come. We drive nearly an hour to get to this store and it has been worth it every single time. Thank you awesome LEGO store employees!

First Lego store I've been to. To bad it's 2 hours away. The employees are very friendly & helpful. I was there mid day, middle of the week & the store had a constant flow of people.
