Love coming in, the updates to the store selection, and one of the managers Lourdes is funny

Chris helped me pick out the perfect bourbon for a gift that I was giving. He was super knowledgeable and super friendly. The store itself has a great selection and the prices are much better than they are in downtown Boston. Recommend it for sure.

This place is amazing, friendly staff and top notch customer service. Most of all they have reasonable price.
Today accidentally I broke the bottled a scotch on our way home. Then I called them and explained them what happened. As soon as I called one of the manager she told us to come back to get the new bottle. She was so nice and helpful, it just made my day. As long as I live in Boston area this is the place I will go to and recommend everyone. Best liquor shop inside boston area with great customer service. Thank u Kappys and all of the hard working people of this place.

This place is wonderful. This a major store, huge, with a tasty and large selection of spirits, wine and beer. I found the prices reasonable, the staff willing to share a joke and very helpful. Any time I am in Malden I make it a point to stop into Kappy's for my drinking Pleasure.

This place has the friendliest staff. I had a question about a favorite beer and three or four employees helped me find it as well as give recommendations to other beers within the same category. Lord Hobo Boom Sauce IPA is what I was looking for.

Have lived in Medford for four years now and had no idea this store location was like 4 min from my house vs. the other at Wellington circle that is 10 min but takes closer to 20 most times of the day slowly making your way down the Fellsway. The people that work at this Kappy's are seriously the most helpful, nicest, chillest group ever. Other Kappy's can also take you like 20 min to get out of just because of the ridic amount of people in them, impossibility of finding someone to help you (unless you didn't need it in the first place), and waiting to get through the line with said amounts of people. Everytime I come to this one I'm in out so quickly and have even had them OFFER.TO.CARRY.MY.BOOZE.OUT to my car! After starting blankly the first time and finally understanding what was meant by the offer (as it's so ummmm never presented anywhere ever lol) I thanked them and politely declined, but man really is just the thought that counts right?

In short (which I'm not capable of) they ROCK!

Looks like it was redone recently. Looks nice and has decent variety and prices. Parking is not good but people are in and out quickly.
