Thee best location I’ve been to! The store was huge (2 levels) and extremely neat. They had exactly what I was looking for which wouldn’t be possible without the help of the kind employees. He walked with me to compared 2 elbow braces while I FaceTimed my partner to make the final selection. The store associate was so patient and kind. I appreciated it so much. After making the final selection, I was able to checkout with a very kind cashier. Luckily no one was behind me in line because he and I sparked up a good conversation about prescription eyewear lol. It had nothing to do with my purchase but I genuinely enjoyed our conversation on this random weekday morning. Great job guys. You made the 40mim drive to this store worth it.

The best location in the DMV by far and its not even close. Customer service A+++ Neatness and Cleanliness A++++ Pleasant, Friendly and helpful. Two levels escalator and elevator. Whats not to love. Plenty of stock, good prices and huge sporting selection to choose from A++++

I had such a good experience in this store(Annapolis store) . I was helped by George and he was amazing and had a lot of patience with me trying to figure out what soccer shoes to buy for my boys. Awesome job George and thank you!

I love this Dick’s because the police there are always friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about the store. Almost every time I go, there is a police officer right in front, near to where one would expect a greeter to be. It is not always the same police officer, however I’ve found all of the police that occupy that position are more than passingly knowledgeable about where one can find various items in the store and all of them are excited to help you find them. I thought it odd at first, but now I find myself looking forward to seeing these officers and am disappointed when there isn’t one occupying their post.

Our visit was made great by Kiyana. She was very helpful and ensures we had what we were looking for. Our visit went from a little frustrating to perfect with the excellent service we were provided. Thank you to Kiyana.

Jason, Hunter and KC were exceptional during my visit to the Annapolis store. This was my first time visiting and it far exceeded my expectations. great group of employees! I was so impressed, I made sure to get their names so I could personally recognize each one of them. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back

Amazing customer service! Hunter spent 30 minutes teaching my teens all about the lures, hooks, and better knots so they don't lose their new lures - made my beginner fishermen excited to go try everything they had learned. if you need any fishing equipment advice or have a young fisherman, I highly suggest finding Hunter to ask your questions. Made it to checkout only to be shocked by excellent customer service by Scott who helped us save some money. Very well stocked store too.

Absolutely have everything you could possibly want in spots equipment. Staff available, they smile, speak and help. Refreshing! Prices are good too.

SECOND. This is for Bailey and only Bailey. Super sweet kid, it’s hard to find someone young with this much positive customer service. His parents should be proud. He was in the shoe department today. He’s so friendly, I had my one year old with us today and while being attentive to all of the customers around he also took the time out to entertain my little dude. I’m so impressed with his maturity. We need more people like Bailey in this world. It made me so happy knowing that some of our youth is being raised this way! Please show this to Bailey AND BAILEY SHOW THIS TO YOUR PARENTS OR WHOEVER IS RAISING YOU BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE EXTREMELY PROUD. I hope you never loose your kindness seriously. I wish at the end of my time there today I stopped and told a manager or something that they have something special here. All of the kids were friendly and helpful and made sure we were taken care of

My new favorite department store! This place is so new and stocked to the max with all the latest in sports gear and wear. The staff are all super friendly and helpful! The elevator in the rear is convenient for loading all the heavy stuff you may buy from the 2nd floor. We'll be seeing you all again soon!

This is a really nice two-level store. They always have a lot of merchandise in stock when I am there. The prices are relatively competitive with all other sporting goods stores and online retailers. The store is really nice they have great customer service and the associates are very friendly. When I was in the store recently they asked me over and over if I needed help.

Had a phenomenal experience purchasing a kayak from the Annapolis location a couple of weeks ago. Ken was super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend paying him a visit if you’re in the market!

Devan in the Golfing Dept was excellent! We went there to have my fiancé try out new clubs and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Recommend!
