I came in with a problem and it was fixed asap. Anthony was incredibly helpful and super focused on making sure I was happy. Give that man a raise! He’s great!

They have actual knowledgeable people working there...something the big box stores can't figure out.

I have always liked the quality of their products. Over the years they have developed great color ”families” that are fun to explore ( their online color selection process is fun and sophisticated). The sales associate was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly - all assets in these times.

The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and making sure I understood how the process worked. I had never bought paint before, and one of the staff explained everything to me and helped me find what I needed. Super great paint too- very high quality and beautiful colors.

Yes, Allison --- I hope I got her name correct --- was tremendously helpful on the phone even though a sale was not imminent. She was so wonderful, I decided to go visit the store to get what I was asking about! That's the way to really encourage business, and she was very professional and wonderful!

Great paint and great service. I used Duration repaint several rooms this spring and I love it. Had one issue with a color match, but they were apologetic and resolved it right away. I’m sticking with SW for every project from now on.

Macy was a super helpful sales associate--really appreciate her taking the time to help us choose exterior house colors. She knows her stuff!

Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Seldom have I had to wait for assistance. Can have an associate come to your home to give ideas on what might work best for you .

Great customer service. Didn't feel rushed like I often do at Home Depot and they help advise on paint based on the room you are doing.

they took the time to make sure the project i was working on, was using the appropriate paint and that i was going to be happy with the results. i appreciated the time she took with me , my project turned out fantastic thanks to them.

Knowledgeable staff. They carry 1/4" nap 4" roller covers. The big box stores have stopped selling them.
