i went 12/4 at about 9pm. y’all were cleaning grills and the line but this review is specifically for the lady that made my bowl, she made me the best bowl i’ve ever had in all of my chipotle eating years. she had to walk around the grills to get to the toppings and i wish i would’ve gotten her name but hopefully she ends hearing about this. she did amazing and did it all with a smile. my tummy was very happy

I live about half-way between the Savage and Shakopee locations, and the experiences could not be more different. Savage Chipotle is plagued by long delays, incorrect orders, skimping on ingredients, and everything else you can imagine going wrong. Shakopee (Old Carriage Ct) has been just the opposite. My online orders are ready on time every time and are perfect. Huge shout out to the crew there!

Staff is friendly & gets the job don! Be patient with them as things may not move as quick as you want. Food hot, fresh & delicious! Highly recommend!

Pretty good experience overall. This is a review for my experience about a month ago.

I did have to question how a person could only get guacamole if you ordered online. Almost look getting punished for ordering in person but the next week I had no issue getting guac from the same lady the next week lol so who knows. I bet they were short guac and had to make it last 2 more hours so they were being creative so I'm not mad at that...just found it funny.

Other than that this Chipotle destroys all other Chiptole's I have ever been to. They are quick and the food is on point

They are so so so good. Killed it on every detail, rice, time & friendliness! Everything tasted good!

This is absolutely the only chipotle to come to south of the river. Meat is always hot and fresh. Large portion sizes. The tables are clean. The have sufficient staff to keep everything flowing. Don’t even bother with the one on Vierling in Shakopee.

This location had struggled in the past but man, they really have improved, I was very impressed! Awesome employees, seemed like a new manager in their helping everything flow smoothly, stocked lines, it was delicious!!

Came here for lunch today. In person ordering was quick and painless. The quantity was amazing and the flavor was as expected. The corn and guacamole was super cold so I assume they were fresh from the refrigerator. No issues at this location though for this one time stop. Would come again!

LOVE this franchise location. Today's service was exemplary. Store and prep areas were clean. Great staff. Always have had great service here. Lobby is open. Such an insatiable craving for this today. Thank you!

NOTE: Counterpart in PL has closed their lobby for over a week now, no explanation, phone and websites both say they're open for dine in, let alone walk ins; I like to SEE my bowl being made, they always seem to come out better than pre-ordered.

Shakopee is the best Chipotle location in the area nearby. Very consistent quality. Burritos are rolled and assembled well EVERY time we go! Since the pandemic has started, we've ordered takeout a few times, and everything is always done exactly to our order and is done one-time, still warm when we pick it up. We go out of our way to visit this location instead of others. Great food, great service.

Super nice we've been going there for a long time. We love their food and the employees are really nice. I felt bad though, this last time we went my son was helping his sister and asked for 2 bowls of rice one with cheese on it and one without, the guy put cheese on both and my son being so sweet said no just one with cheese, the guy threw the other bowl away. :( I was getting my food i wished I would of known that I would of also paid for that bowl of rice. Thanks for your patience. 😁

This location is efficient and quick with hardest working employees. Lunch and dinner rushes are always crazy so don't expect to be in and out in five minutes! Lines can be out the door but goes by fast. Best location in the Twin Cities in my opinion. Have had a few mistakes with online orders but workers are always apologetic and make it right!

We got takeout. I was impressed by the portions. Many Chipotles seem to be cutting back recently, but our burrito bowls were filled to bursting. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Excellent service. By far the BEST chipotle in not only Shakopee but Minnesota in general, I found the person who served to be very nice and knowledgeable as to what they were doing. The place is run by mostly teenagers, I was served by what I think was an around 16 year oldish, tan, tall teenage girl which I do not mind as long as they know what they are doing which they do. Would highly recommend going to this location.

Love this place but don't forget to bring your limes. I been eating Chipotle for years now and only recently started using limes. They make it a whole different experience trust me try it.

Amazing place and staff were helpful when I brought my kids. Everything is good from the healthy food to sitting area with artwork, to a clean place to eat and good for the family. Only downside is it's always busy during weekday lunch hours. Most times they flow the traffic out fast.

Best Chipotle location in Minnesota. Yes, there is often a wait, but employees are always grinding. They are friendly and welcoming. Food is flavorful and always fresh. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas. Would highly recommend trying the vinegarette it smacks

I love using the online ordering! Ready to go as soon as we arrive! Eat there or take home. They make it, the way you like and lots of healthy fresh options!! Fill you up with the good stuff! Employees always friendly !
