A nice Chick-fil-A, definitely beats the Eden Prairie one. The big bonus is the kids play area. Nice remodel of the drive thru as well.

This was the best Chick-fil-A experience I have had in a long time! Each team member I interacted with was extremely attentive and friendly, with a special shout out to Nate who rocked the drive through window- thank you Nate and Chick-fil-A!

The employees are always polite, attentive, customer-focused, and work with a sense of urgency. The staff is professional and present themselves well. My orders have always been accurate and the food has consistently been high quality. The new drive-thru configuration with one lane reserved for mobile app orders is AMAZING! It's easy to use and has significantly sped up and enhanced the drive-thru customer's experience. It's a huge win.

Used mobile app to order and went thru mobile only lane. Compared to before much faster. No complaints, but I'm not surprised some folks don't like new layouts since they give priority to mobile orders. Order on the app, and you are golden. Live in the past, and you will wait a little longer for your food.

I have both dined in and used the drive thru. The food has always been great and the service even better. I don't much care for fried fast food, but I will eat Chick-fil-A. The lemonade alone is worth getting. The only issue I have had is how busy it is and how that increases the wait time, especially at the drive thru. They did a remodel which will hopefully improve this issue.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A in Chanhassen, and the experience was as outstanding as ever. The food here continues to be exceptional, with every item I've tried meeting the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. The flavors and quality of the food are consistently top-notch, ensuring a satisfying meal every time.

The level of customer service at this location is remarkable. The staff are extremely helpful, frequently walking around to assist customers with their needs. This is especially impressive considering that Chick-fil-A isn't a traditional table service restaurant. The team’s dedication to customer care greatly enhances the overall experience.

In contrast to some of my past dining experiences at other busy eateries, the seating situation here was notably comfortable. The restaurant was well-organized, making it easy to find a good spot to sit and enjoy my meal in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, the Chanhassen Chick-fil-A stands out for its delicious food, exceptional service, and comfortable dining environment. It's a great representation of why Chick-fil-A is a favored choice for so many. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a great meal in a friendly setting.

Hold up to order. People were outside standing. Took our order. Had our food and less than 5 minutes. Food was hot which is really nice and fresh. Thanks, chick-fil-A

Loooove the frosted coffee with cookie crumbles. Not too sweet, tastes like Belgian chocolate. Also the convenience of ordering & customizing online and picking up is great and having a fruit cup option instead of fries is nice also

Great food and great employees. Why I've waited this long to try them is beyond me. Everything is fresh and taste is on par. Employees are very courteous and attentive to detail other restaurants should take note and follow suit. The little note written on the bag really brought a smile to our face and reassured us we'll make it through these apprehensive times.

I by accident ordered to the EP location, the Chanhassen location took charge and made it right for me no problem. The lady that helped did an awesome job! That was top notch service. Thank you !

I stop in here in the morning for an egg white breakfast sandwich once a week or so. The food is great and going in the morning cuts down on the drive through line. One of my favorite fast food locations.

Finally decided to eat in the dining area instead of my car. The entire restaurant is clean and the staff is very outgoing since I did have anything to eat yet today and it's past 2:00 pm, I decided to make it a combination lunch and dinner. Sandwich was fresh, fries were hot, and the lemonade was real.

This chic-fil-a is on another level on service. I never spend more than 10 min from start to finish when its busy. Also the new order on the app and pick up in drive thru option is super nice. I also love that i use the app so much the franchise owner always send little rewards. Not gonna lie having a bad day and getting a notification on your chic-fil-a app that Andrew send you a chicken sandwhich as a thank you. Amazing!

Also the cookies and cream shake is my addiction!!! also the whip cream, I don't know what it is but its something else!

Also all the drive through workers, you guys rock.

Stopped in for a bit and fell in love. The chicken sandwich was awesome. I hope you bring one closer to me soon.

Had a young man named isaac take our order He had such a pleasant attitude and A great sense of humor I hope to see them move this kid up to some sort of a lead because he certainly has a way about himself.

First time there. Ordered the spicy sandwich. It arrived with nothing on it. I didn't know any better, but that chicken sandwich was spicy and awesome. I'll be back.

75 year old Navy VETERAN. My grand daughter begged me to take her and my grandson who has Down’s syndrome for what was my first visit to a CHICK FILET, so we made a quick trip down the road to the restaurant in Chanhassen Minnesota. We went inside to order our meals for takeout. The person that took our order (Halie) was a trainee and was careful to ensure that she got my grandsons order correct, getting right down on his level and repeating back directly to him. Very impressive to me that this young lady had the ability to connect with him one on one. I made sure to inform the Manager on duty at 6pm Wednesday August 8th how well we were served at a busy hour, also at the cleanliness of this particular establishment. I will make sure to enjoy this store any time I am in the area. * * * * *

Excellent service team, clean dining area, nice layout. Delicious deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and chicken soup. Best strawberry shake I've had in years. Better than I hoped it would be!
